The condo was just as pictured. Well decorated, clean, all essentials were included. Beds were comfortable. As the weather was very warm, air conditioning would have been a huge plus. Fans were provided, but it got hot in the afternoon. The neighborhood is largely residential, with other residents apparently workers in the surrounding area. People were very friendly. Lots of conveniences nearby, like pharmacy and grocery stores. I would stay there again, but perhaps not in August. Owner responsive and helpful.

Our stay was awesome. The host was very helpful and took great care of all of our needs. Definitely recommend the condo. It is recently renovated and looks great. Thank you Jason

We had a really amazing trip to Colorado. The condo was nice and clean and suited us very well.
My only issue is the lack of one detail in the description. There is no A/C at all. Only one ceiling fan in the place as well. There are portable fans, but they really just push hot air around. It cooled off at night and we finally figured out how to bring in the cold air with those fans, but it took a couple of very miserable nights before we got that working.
We are from the south and that detail would have been very helpful to know beforehand. We did reach out to the host about it. She simply said that if we “are a family that NEEDS A/C,” then maybe we should stay elsewhere. Not the nicest response, but maybe we caught her on a bad day.
Overall, we had a wonderful time. I just wish the air conditioning detail had been put out there in advance.

Our check in was smooth and easy. Our host was amazing. The place was nice and cozy. The small and simple touch he added to the place makes it even more special. Everything was perfect. We will stay here again. My son didn’t care for the sheets. He said it wasn’t nice and soft like he had at home. (Hahaha). Highly recommended this place.

Very pretty interior. (Building’s exterior is older.) Worked great for us. Master bedroom bathroom is very large with a great shower. Other bedroom is a bit cramped. Very nice kitchen. Free parking.

We had a great ski trip with this condo ans our home base for 5 nights. It was so easy to walk across the street to the Bear Lot to hop on the express busses to Beaver Creek base or use Beaver Creek Connect to Bachelor Gulch.
Jaime’s condo has every detail thought out with high quality furnishings and decor (even down to Christmas decorations when we went at New Years). This is by far the nicest VRBO/rental we’ve had for a ski trip anywhere - thank you, Jaimie!

We intended to ski Beaver Creek, and this location was central to everything, including many great dining locations. The condo was stocked with everything you would possibly need. To boot holiday decorations were up, made the condo festive and felt like home. Most importantly, we could not have asked for a better host. Jaime was responsive and pleasant and made our stay enjoyable. Jaime, thank you for sharing your special place with us. Merry Christmas.

Family of four - two adults and two children (ages 3 and 6). This was the perfect location, with easy access to restaurants and nearby the slopes. The condo was supplied with all items you would ever need! Updated renovations with high quality furnishing and appliances. The bedding was extremely comfortable and the fireplace was a nice bonus. The unit is close to parking and the owners made this experience unforgettable.

We've been staying in VRBO for years, and this is quite literally the nicest one we've been in. It's clear the owners care a lot about this property and have put their hearts into ensuring it's clean, comfortable, and well-apportioned.

Updated, remodeled property that was well equipped with everything you could need. Location was close to Highway for easy access to hiking and restaurants. Only complaint would be that it was listed as having A/C which it did not. Very stuffy on warm afternoons. There were fans that do the job of cooling the place off at night, but were not enough to keep it cool during the day. Realize this is typical of mountain homes, but it needs to be accurately listed for those that may require A/C for health reasons.

Location is great!
This is perfect from all aspects!
First, I will start by saying that communication with the Owner was very easy and quick. Jamie was very responsive.
Second, the place was very clean and well organized. You literally have everything that you might need and above! Mostly everything is brand NEW, so please enjoy the space and leave it in the same condition you have found it or maybe better, if you can. You can see they invested a lot in the condo.

We enjoyed our stay, which was a celebration of our wedding anniversary. The remodel is very well done, and the place was also clean. It is conveniently located off of highway 6, and it is very close to the walking path along the river, which we took advantage of very early each morning.

Jaime's place is warm & welcoming....her decorating flair is out of a Better Homes & Garden magazine & her personal touches are very thoughtful. Her place exceeded anything we've ever experienced before.
Communication with her was a breeze as was check -in & out!! Thanks Jaime....we will definitely book your place again!!:-)))

The condo is completely renovated and is very nice. You can tell this is a family’s vacation home and not simply a short-term rental flip. It was fully loaded with kitchen appliances and bathroom amenities. We walked across the street and hoped on the free Beaver Creek ski bus to ride just one stop to the lift. At the end of the day we simply walked (downhill) about 12 minutes back to the condo. Would enjoy staying here again.

Such a nice condo. The kitchen is set up the way you would expect at the home of someone who loves to cook--much nicer than I expected in a rental. The washer, dryer, and other appliances are home quality--again nicer than I expected in a rental.
It took me a while to figure out that you walk across Highway 6 to the Beaver Creek Bear Lot to catch the free shuttle to Beaver Creek (just a note to help people who stay here in the future).

The condo is small--it's a ski condo. If you want it to feel spacious, stick to 3 or 4 guests max.

This was perfect. Jamie is a great communicator and the place is as advertised - no surprises. The remodel was fantastic and the fireplace was warm and cozy. Could not beat sitting by the fireplace with an early morning cup of coffee before hitting the slopes for the day. Beds were also super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. This was just fantastic.

Door lock instructions left off a key link so we could not access immediately. Pack VERY light as there are no dressers and limited closet space.

This was a great remodelled condo. The owner always responded very fast to what we asked as well. My only mentions would be, it is open parking not one designated space, the bed was a little too firm for our tastes and the neighbors do smoke, so be aware if you have the patio cracked like we did. It didn't bother us, but I know others don't like second hand smoke. Theses three things are not reflective of how wonderful the stay was though! Jaime was a great host, the condo was so cozy, and every convenient thing was provided. 10/10 would stay again 😁
