This was our third stay at this little sanctuary. We love it. There are no grab bars in the shower however the shelf unit is very sturdy so it helps getting in/out of the tub/shower. Bring a little step stool for climbing into that very comfy bed. I wish there was a porch rail at the back door. As hot as it was outside, it was extremely comfy indoors without running the AC all the time. The courtyard was nice in the early evening.The kitchen is fully appointed. This place is close to everything.I would have given 5 stars except for a porch rail and the grab bars.

This location was a perfect spot to lay our heads while we were visiting Paso. Very quaint, quiet, comfy bead, and clean space made for a great trip, it is located very close to the downtown area and is a short walk to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this for couples looking to experience the Paso Robles area.

The 7th Street Sanctuary's location is a perfect location to either walk to downtown or to drive to the wineries. The home is comfortable and a great size for a couple's get away.

Great property with easy access to downtown and the freeway. Home was very clean and very comfortable; including the bed and I'm kinda picky about beds! We loved how close we where to downtown and easy access to the freeway so we could explore other towns. We would definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying at this property and once again the house and the location were ideal for our visit. The property is very clean, location is ideal for walking to downtown restaurants and wine tasting. Also convenient for accessing both East and West side wineries. We also visited Estrella Warbird Museum which was well worth our time and only about a 10 minute drive from the house. Making the reservation and pre-visit communication was excellent. Very happy with the whole experience at this property. We’ll be back!

We were impressed with the service. We had trouble getting the heat set. We called in and they said they would have someone out in ten minutes and THEY DID! Also the location was great for getting around by foot or car.

The house was small, but had everything we needed to have a nice Thanksgiving meal. There was a lovely outdoor space as well. The bed was comfortable, and it was amazingly clean and organized. The kitchen was well-equipped, and all of amenities you could wish for.

Great location. Near downtown, yet out of the way. Very clean. That comforter on the bed is so inviting & warm! There is a space heater in the closet that we moved to the bathroom. There are plenty of hooks in the bath and bedrooms.Warning - If you are unsteady on your feet, you will be challenged on the steps entering the home. There are no handrails. There is no grab bar in the shower. A portable one won't work either. The shower head is unusually high. Water warms up very quickly.

This was the perfect little rental for our long weekend in Paso Robles. It’s a quick 5 minute walk from the city center. The cottage was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with nice bonus items like a Keurig, Keurig pods, and makeup remover wipes.The bed is a queen size, and extremely comfortable. Checkin and checkout were Quick and straightforward.

We loved being able to relax in this lovely small home in the mornings and evenings and when we came home from our daily outings. Our dog had many walks in the neighborhood. It was super easy to go to Goshi's for a super yummy dinner.
We will stay here again.

We definitely had a 5 star stay at the 7th street Sanctuary! Great centrally located location for doing East and West side wine tasting. We took advantage of the well supplied kitchen to make at least one meal per day to cut down on restaurant bills. The bed was comfortable and, most importantly , the property was very clean. We’ll be back!

We’ve been to Paso Robles many times, but never stayed downtown. We decided to reserve this cute place so we could enjoy and walk to all the restaurants, shops and wine stores in the downtown area. The location was perfect and the place was spotless. Although it’s small it had all the necessities throughout the house and in the kitchen to make yourselves feel at home. This home is a great option for a couple that’s looking for a spot central to downtown Paso.

Thank you for letting us stay with our bird. He had a good time and enjoyed the A/C. We appreciated the proximity to downtown Paso and wineries, the linens, well-appointed kitchen, outdoor patio, carport, black out shades, and above all the cleanliness. Everything was super easy to use and we liked the space. Love what you guys are doing with the numberof vacation rentals here. Very professional and accommodating our check in time.

It was suitable but could have been better. House wasn't ready on arrival, the hot water on demand being in the wash room waste water and takes to long to get to shower and sink. The couch/bed was very uncomfortable. It was what it was but I'd be lying if I was to say it's a pleasant place to stay again.

We loved our stay at the 7th Street Sanctuary. The location was absolutely perfect - we walked everywhere! We weren't there long enough to use the grill and outdoor table but it looked very nice and so were the string lights. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice heater for when it's cold. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved the cottage. It was clean, well equipped, quiet neighborhood and close to downtown and freeways. We even bbq one evening and that’s was great! For us the only negative was the mattress was too soft. We prefer a firm mattress.
If you’re looking to stay close downtown and be in a great neighborhood , stay here!

Remodeling a home in Paso and needed a retreat after a hard day of rehabbing. I actually extended my stay four additional days 😊 The location was perfect, the street quiet, and the home perfect for my needs. Very nicely appointed. I’d stay here again!
