The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Thin walls. No locks on the outside patio door. Very noisy you were able to hear everything. (every creek , people walking, other guests conversation , not a good experience)The bathroom shower/ tub water was hard to turn on/ off. An older facility. No Sleep . Did not feel secure.

Location, nice view, comfortable room

Great location and views of fall mountain scenery. Granby has a good Mexican Restuarant that we enjoyed. Pool and hot tub were wonderful following a mountain hike. Drove there from Estes Park over the mountain and the gorgeous sights will remain with us forever.

We had a 5 day stay and there was only 2 of each type of coffee. We had to purchase more from the shop in town. Owner responded by having additional delivery the day we left of two caffeinated pods. We love our coffee and sleeping in! Neighbors had a drunken fight outside our door the night before we left. We couldn't locate the phone number for the front desk. Perhaps you could post it somewhere in the room? It was on the check-in form but couldn't locate it.

The only thing I liked was the towels and sheets.

One the shower wouldn't turn on. Called front desk just to get told sorry but we are not under contract to service the unit. Rude customer service. I could of rented my clients 3 bedroom unit and not have to deal with rude front desk workers or hear a couple fighting all night and it would of been cheaper. This was a last minute rental and I regret getting at the last minute. Rented the unit to get rest from my house in the county and couldn't even get rest. Then get charged a $75 dollar cleaning fee on top of the rental fee?? I clean in the county and never get paid that price for a studio clean.. Over charged and couldn't even shower or sleep. Had a door joing to the unit and had to hear the rude neighbors. Had people yelling in the hallway at 7 am don't recommend to stay here on vacation if you want to sleep in or shower..

Very nice towels, cozy bed, lovely views. Close enough to the town.
