There was nothing that my business colleague liked about the hotel. Was advised I should get my money back.

The staff was rude, lazy and unprofessional. The breakfast was empty both mornings and what was there was unsuitable to eat. The room was not clean, tub barely drained. Couldn't find the reservation on check in, took almost 45 minutes for them to find.

The room was very narrow so you could barely walk around without bumping into a chair or the beds. The hairdryer was a fire hazard as it lit up red got really hot started to smoke but no air would blow out of it. The phone in our room didn't work. The TV had two remote controls but there was no instructions on what remote was for what . There was rarely staff at the front desk. The beds were very uncomfortable, one of them wasn't even on the frame properly but couldn't be moved it was so heavy but felt like it was going to collapse when you laid on it. The continental breakfast was not much more than cereal and toast. The vending machines didn't have bottled water in them.

Location, close to our event. Quiet. Breakfast included.

Excellent customer service and the bed we had in the King Suite was very comfortable!

Everything the staff were great and understanding as we were evacuated from our homes due to the forest fires. They allowed our pets . The rooms are very clean and comfortable

Breakfast sucked, got last half cup coffee fron empty dispenser, to make toast, had to un plug 2 cords so the toaster would work?No Staff around?

1 Staff Member to provide YOUR INCULCATE Breakfast, Waffle pan was hot, but no batter mix ? Again 1 Staffer On Site, To deal with Guests.

Nice location, lovely fitness room and coin operated washer and dryer which was very handy! nice selection of snack and things you may need right at the front desk, so if you forgot a toothpaste or feel snacky/thirsty-they got your back! :) plenty of parking space. Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything! Huge shout out to Harry!

Beds weren’t really comfortable,one seemed to have a dip on a side,felt like you were gonna roll down on the floor. Curtains and bed throws had small holes in them (seemed like burned by cigarette ashes,which explains why room smelled like it’s been smoked in as soon as you walked in)

The man was rude, started by telling my husband that people like us wreck the rooms. Our vehicle had broken down and we were stuck in Drayton and booked with the app. We were a little short on cash that time because of last minute vehicle expenses. He then wouldn't allow us to have the room just overnight because we didnt have $200.00 for a cash deposit. We were sent away in the cold. Our cab just left and both of our phones were dead. The man then swore at us and told us to leave. I had my card linked to my account so I don't see why he should have sent us away. We were tired and looking a bit weathered from trying to get our vehicle going ourselves before finally taking it to the shop. I figured if we booked through the app it would have saved us a little money, instead it left us in the cold.
