For the breakfast I think they need to have food for different nationalities not just Japanese. At least some bread. Was really disappointed that they can't help you with any transportation, not even calling a taxi for you. They can't help you with a taxi or shuttle to the airport.

清潔でビジネス利用では十分な広さ。朝食も種類が豊富で和洋それなりに選べて美味しい。 シャワーはナノバブルタイプでとても気持ち良い。バストイレが完全に分かれているのも嬉しい。

バスタブが無い部屋だったので、今度はバスタブがある部屋を選ぼうと思います。

Our favorite thing ever was the spa, the indoor hot springs, the private couple jacuzzi, we went every single day and it was pleasant. The location is wonderful as it's close to everything.

The room was a bit small and the cleaning isn't thoughrough.

部屋が少し埃っぽい。ドライヤーを使うと埃が舞い上がる。風呂で韓国人の子供だったか、騒いでうるさかった。夜、外でバイクなどの騒音がうるさい。毎日あんな感じなら、警察に通報した方が良いですよ？あれでは宿泊者は寝られません。

Die Fenster waren nicht dicht, Strassenlärm und Ventilatoren waren deutlich zu hören. Für ein Viersternhotel doch überraschend.

Отличное расположение, рядом со станцией Осака . Как выходишь за пределы отеля находится огромное количество разного вида заведений где можно поесть. Больше всего понравился завтрак. Персонал по завтраку и персонал на ресепшене очень отзывчивый! Оочень рекомендую. Наличие японских ван с хамамом и различными гигиеническими средствами очень порадовали. Соотношение цена качество идеально! Помимо иностранцев, среди постояльцев были и местные японцы. Не пожалели ни чуточку!

Японская ванна, чистота, отзывчивый и вежливый персонал, и больше всего завтрак. Еще место расположения.

大浴場への動線が暗くて慣れるまで分かりづらいのと入場までの手続きが面倒だった。また、アメニティーは充実しているが、ヒゲ剃りだけは安価製品なのか切れなく、コンビニで別途購入したのは残念だった。

Great rooms, breakfast and really nice public bath. Heads up to any western travellers, the bath is traditional. Amazing facilities, free tea, and the hot rocks were really relaxing.

The 8th floor rooms didn't have much of a view, wasn't really worth the extra price.

開放式的大堂，樓層房門打開是開放式的，等電梯位置和樓梯也是半露天的，主樓地下大堂也是開放式的，早餐等了半小時，等待期間感覺寒冷，酒店沒停車場，開車來的不建議住，附近車位緊張。

Very limited TV channels mostly Japanese so no choice for English speaking travelers.

Hot Spa, massage chair (hard to queue to use though) and free ice cream.

There is only a small circular table and literally no table to place things even I have chosen the bigger room. Have to put all luggages on the floor. There are only 4 hangers in each room (2 for each person) and therefore have to put everything back to luggage after each use. No space near basin to place toiletries too. There is only a shower cubicle with no privacy area for changing clothes. Hard to find a place to put clean clothes to change. The toilet is the most annoying toilet making loud noise that you can’t save the setting after you lower the noise as it is admin controlled. Also the water jet for cleaning in the toilet is cold and cannot be changed too. The location of this hotel making it hard for you to book a taxi and the hotel won’t book taxi for you to airport too. Buffet breakfast finishes 10am but must be in there before 9.30am.

Can’t imagine there’s a villa in the middle of downtown Osaka. But in fact this hotel provides everything to make you feel like inside one. The breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. Staff are friendly and polite. Rooms are quiet. The spa is fascinating. Location is unbeatable.

Maybe it’s our problem. Umeda looks like a 3D maze to us. The street level and underground level spread out with numerous shops and eateries. It took us quite a while to navigate the roads to JR and subway station. It’s particularly difficult to find the hotel when you get off from Airport bus.

생긴지 얼마 되지않아 시설이 매우 좋았습니다. 특히 온천, 사우나가 정말 깔끔하게 되어있어 피로풀기도 좋아요. 직원분들도 무척 친절합니다. 다음에 근처 갈 일이 있다면 무조건 또 이용할것 같아요.

가격대비 최고입니다. 아쉬웠던점은 딱히 없었습니다.

일본 숙소의 완벽한 정석입니다.위치,청결도,친절함,조식식사 등 모든 면이 완벽했어요. 우메다에서 쇼핑 하실분들에게 최고의 숙소입니다. 일본숙소인데 방이 넓어서 쾌적하고 편하게 지냈고, 숙소에 있는 핫스톤 사우나와 spa까지 너무 행복했어요. 그리고 주변이 모두 식당가였고 길만 건너면 한큐에,햅파이브에 기타 등등 단점이 없는 숙소였어요. 다음에도 오사카를 간다면 여기에 묵고싶어요.
