After being away from Indialantic for 30 years, I was very pleased with the location and impressed with the facilities.

The apartment was really lovely. The decor and furnishings have a New England style, and it felt very restful being there. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice surprise, also bathroom and kitchen supplies provided were a great help, even fresh coffee and tea. Pedro and Claire checked we were ok during our stay, and any queries we had were answered immediately. Our only criticism was that we felt the apartment would be more relaxing in the evening with a couple of table/side lamps, as the standard lamp was far too bright, so we had to keep the kitchen light on in the evening for subdued lighting in the lounge area at the other end of the room.
If we visited this area of Florida again then we would not hesitate to stay at this apartment.

This property was perfect! Location is fantastic-walk to grocery and eateries, walk to beach, easy drive to get onto A1A. The condo was very clean, kitchen had everything you would need, and the porch overlooking the pond was a bonus-we saw so much wildlife each day; Osprey, turtles, Ibis, cranes, ducks, pelicans! Bathroom supplies were ample, beach chairs and bag supplied, didn't use but washer/dryer were full sized. Carrying luggage up 3 flights wasn't an issue for us. Closet space large, bathroom storage plentiful. We were there visiting friends and will definitely stay at Seize The Rays again.

This condo had all we could want. We especially enjoyed watching the wildlife in the pond.

Very nice accommodations and well equipped. Everything is as described and then some. Walking distance to the market, beach and restaurants. Corey's bagels is a must and do yourself a favor and say hello to the people at Bakery Delights. They are doing some serious work over there.

Wonderful condo and exactly as described. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every minute. 10 minute walk to the beach and a great bar right next to called Lou’s Blues. Squid Lips was another favourite and only a 5 minute drive away.

We had a wonderful stay here that had everything we needed. House was clean, coffee was available for first morning (when we hadn’t made it to the store yet), and the beach chairs and even beach tote were a pleasant surprise. The contact for the property was quick to respond and we even stayed another night. Thank you for a wonderful holiday stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful and comfortable home. We were greeted with a welcome basket of wine and snacks which was so appreciated. Our stay also included complimentary coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo and soaps. The beach was close for us to walk to every day and we also enjoyed our outdoor balcony and the pool. We will definitely book again.

We had a great weekend! The hosts were great with communication. The place was clean, beautifully decorated and lots of activities nearby. Beach was close and not very crowded. We will definitely look at staying here again 👍😊

From the beautiful place with so much to do around it and beautiful scenery to the communication from the owners and their assistant this place was unbelievable. We come to Florida about 5-6 times every year and this was one of the most relaxing stays we’ve ever had. You walk in and you feel at home and at ease! Thank you for the amazing stay! We will definitely be back!

I'm not sure where to start. This little find was amazing it was like walking into your home. Everything and I mean everything was there even washing detergent in the laundry. You literally could live there. I will definatly be returning in the future. All I can say is book it, you won't regret it. Dawn
