Dirty and rude staff!

I drive cab my girl family came by got kicked out the room

I needed a place to sleep for a night (early morning event nearby on the following day). I know that when you're looking at establishments at this price point, you're getting a no-frills experience. That's certainly the case here. It is not modern, posh or luxurious. Very basic. I knew that when I made the reservation. Having said that, it was still a disappointment. The bed wasn't that comfortable (in my own opinion) and the room smelled funny (which I believe was coming from the A/C). The bathtub/shower was only usable as a bathtub (which was odd considering my room was a "king jacuzzi" suite). Was it a bad place to stay? Not really. Would I stay here again next time I'm in the same situation? I'll probably roll the dice and try a different similarly-priced place in the area.

I will never be looking for this again.

Great place for a quick stay. Nice jacuzzi.

It was not the kind of place I was used to staying in at all. Staff was friendly, but the sink was stopped up. Basically it’s just an old property. I don’t like old properties have that old property smell I’m from Las Vegas and when you walk into a casino and it smell like feet and cigarettes it’s an old property.

This was a great place to stay for yhe night.

Got into town early and was allowed to check in early.

Avoid this motel at all cost it is a dirtiest most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. Whoever put the good ratings in. It’s a liar. The room smelled like smoke, and it supposed to be smoke-free. The bed was so bad you couldn’t even sit on it let alone sleep in it. Bugs flying around in it.

Room was smelling but receptionist was süper friendly..

Money well spent

We stayed one night and it was somewhat run down but comfortable, The toilet seat was loose and there was no soap dish in the shower. Other than that it was ok.

Gas station,White Castle’s, and a restaurant all in walking distance

It was easy check in, and polite staff. Just didnt care for the room placement. Right next to the front door, when other rooms were available.

My room had bed bugs. I asked for a refund and the front desk worker totally ignored my question. I called Expedia and their representative said they couldn’t process a refund. Horrible experience

I like that there is a restaurant connected to the hotel.

The hotel is clearly dated and it appears there are people living there but the area was always clean, the room was acceptabley clean, and the staff were very helpful. Please note, they do place a $50 hold on your card as a security deposit. Mine was back the same day I checked out though.

The staff was friendly and respectful, the room was clean and a.c. worked. I would like a place to put my toiletries when taking a shower but, the fridge and microwave was fine. I liked there were so many cameras around. The only bad thing about this place is the area, not the safest neighborhood.

Very basic. Not even a chair in the room. Lost interest due to number of users. Basic internet, no streaming apps. Stayed three days never had the room serviced or even the trash emptied. Check in staff was friendly and efficient. Area looks a bit lower income but as a female I felt safe.

The staff and management went above and beyond to help whatever problems I had (with good results). I felt great there, so far it is at the top in my list when I'll be back in Detroit Metro area.

The nicest front desk staff I've ever met. Real hospitality.
