There were no conferences when we stayed and we had the entire place to ourselves, incredible hotel. We travel quite a bit and this has been the best place we have ever stayed. There are no words that will do it justice, you just have to experience it.

The gym is incredible! The restaurant/bar is excellent. BUT.... the breakfast is cheap and horrible. Better to not offer breakfast if it's going to be powdered eggs. Either do real eggs, ham and better coffee and orange juice or I wouldn't offer it. A spa/jacuzzi/pool would make this place perfect. But, it's amazing and we'd definitely stay again either way plus recommend it to others.

One of the most unique hotels I’ve stayed in. Very modern, super clean, and very peaceful. Loved our stay. In a way, it felt we had the hotel to ourselves. Superb and stellar.

This is a really nice hotel… great location near to beach , Mercato shops , restaurants a lot of parking spaces, very modern, huge room and bathroom, we definitely enjoyed!!!! I would go back again for sure !!!

Fantastic hotel and everything was exceptionel.
We needed a refridgerator to cool down insulin/diabetic, and the professionel personel arranged it in only 2 minutes.

Rooms are very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Lobby had a huge screen showing local attractions of Naples, which were beautiful, also atrium, was landscaped with tropical plants and trees. Buffet breakfast was top quality. Coffee was delicious.

Absolutely exceptional. We had a wonderful stay. The whole hotel is beautiful, with a masterpiece garden inside. The hotel room was new, very quiet, which was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable , I slept even better than at home. The staff was professional, kind, and very attentive. This was an absolute joy of a stay. If we go to Naples again, we’ll definitely stay there. They have a wellness center where I enjoyed resting in the sauna. Overall, it was an absolutely great stay.

Beautiful, impeccable, cozy.
The only issue I had was it was hard to find because there is no signage on the doors, over the front desk, etc. In fact, it said something about being for business members only on the front door so I almost didn’t go in. But other guests were outside and told me it was indeed the hotel. Other than that, it was excellent.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in across many states! It’s new, beautiful, and modern with professional and friendly staff. The room was great, featuring a very comfortable bed. They even provided a clothes steamer, which I love and have never seen in other hotels before. The extra space and the generous coffee and tea selection made for an absolutely amazing and quality stay!

At first I felt like the hotel lacked hospitality due to the cold / hard nature of the building that seemed to match the people I came in contact with. It kind of felt like my family and I didn’t belong… like civilians on a military base. The staff made up for my initial thoughts. They were friendly and quick to resolve any issue to ensure I was comfortable. Not sure if I would return, but it was a good enough experience.

Amazing find - this on the Arthrex corporate campus and hotel guests have access to a state of the art gym, pickleball, basketball, putting green. There's an excellent restaurant onsite. The building is immaculate as are the rooms. This hotel isn't in the middle of the action location wise, but it's a great find for the price, cleanliness and amenities.

Stayed here 2 nights for business in the area. It was hard to find at first but once on site the service was very attentive to my needs and even got me breakfast when it was last the hour and I appreciated that gesture very much. Amazing rooms, clean, very modern with automatic blinds and temperature control. Absolutely recommend. No pool is the only downfall but a fanstastic wellness place with sauna. Very light in the middle with trees and peaceful atmosphere.
