Our family has made a few trips to the Lutsen area over the years and love all it has to offer in the summertime. This property met our needs perfectly with separate sleeping spaces and a well-equipped kitchen.

This well appointed condo is a great space for a family to gather in a beautiful northwoods setting! Comfy sitting spaces, mattresses, towels, kitchen accessories and even the appliances made it a lovely place to create memories!
We enjoyed access to the restaurant & both indoor and outdoor pools. The condo owners were so responsive and everything about the experience made us want to revisit!

We are a family of 6 adults and 4 little girls,ages 10 to 4. We head to Lutsen/ Grand Marais area every year to celebrate our oldest granddaughter, Gracie that is in Heaven. Brian and Patty’s townhome was perfect for our gathering! The house was clean, so spacious and in a beautiful setting. The pools were great especially on the hot days we had. It was nice to have a big kitchen to cook in and plenty of room to eat meals together and play games! We are all excited for next year! Thanks!

Had a wonderful time in Lutsen staying at this home. It had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked so we could cook. There were a few details that weren’t listed in the welcome book or directions such as where to place trash outside and where access to a fire pit was, but overall I highly recommend this location and would stay here again.

Wonderful accommodations! Perfect location to easily ski in and out and close to the pool too! The townhouse is very well maintained and well stocked. We all really enjoyed our stay!

This was a great location for our skiing trip at Lutsen. Very close to the Caribou Highlands lodge for the kids swimming or fitness center, as well as Mogul's restaurant. Easy to ski in, and you can ski out but its a little hike up hill to get to Eagle mountain, or you can ski down and around with a little cross country skiing needed (due to warmer weather snow) to Moose mountain.
Hosts were great to work with! The kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of room for 2 families of 5 with 6 busy kids! Beds and pillows super comfy for resting up. The loft room is cool but bright for sleeping in morning. Definitely would book this place again, highly recommend!

This hillside condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults and two young children. It was very clean, the kitchen is well stocked with whatever you need to cook your meals. Plenty of wood for a cozy fire. Lots of fun games supplies.Lovely views of the beautiful mountains. Perfect location for skiing at Lutsen. We will definitely stay here again on our next northern Minnesota ski trip.

We had a great time spending Christmas together. The weather didn’t cooperate for skiing but we got rain checks from Lutsen, and plan to return.

Had a great time at the vrbo residence. Spacious and clean. Very close to Superior National Golf Course and restaurants.

Was a good stay. Would of liked more towels. We had 4 young ladies in our party with long hair, so they would of liked more towels to dry their hair . The air conditioner was out, so the bedrooms upstairs were a little warmer than we would of liked. We opened windows and doors which helped, but some of the screens has big enough holes to let the mosquitoes in. Also the main bathroom was leaking water downstairs through the sheet rock dripping in the kitchen. Overall the house was great though.

Great location, backdoor access to the trails, just a quick jaunt to the pool. All the amenities you could need. Comfortable living room with a wood burning fireplace. Would definitely recommend for a trip to Lutsen!

Great time in the north woods at one of our favorite places. We loved our condo and especially the stone fireplace, since we had such cold weather. Eight adults were all comfortable. Plenty of seating and nicely stocked kitchen. The view of Moose Mountain was beautiful! 505 is a very nice condo and we hope we can stay again!
