Near the marina and easy to walk to the Hoe.

Situated a short walk from home park where we we going to watch a concert. 30 min walk to town and the Barbican. The property had every cooking gadget you can think of coffee machines, slow cookers bbqs a lovely ranger cooker and ovens. Perfect for a staycation.

The house was very spacious, lots of different areas for members of the family to play/chill. We had two young children with us and the house had lots of little touches for children. Such as cot, table and chairs and portable high chair. There was a nice little park really close by. Location was great for us to travel around Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall. Seemed like a quiet area and we had no issues whatsoever being there from other residents. Parking at the property was never an issue, always somewhere to park on the street or side street. Fully equipped home with anything you might need, particularly the kitchen, which was a high standard. Bathroom was modern and the shower worked well, was hot and powerful enough! Internet/wifi was great.

There were some minor things, which may have been due to the time of year we went not being the peak season. The paved area at the back was quite overgrown with weeds and we were not really able to make the most of this area. There was a section of the kitchen fitting that had come off and appeared to be waiting to be fitted back into place? These did not detract too much from the experience of the home. Also on a personal note, the mattresses in two of the bedrooms are very soft! Not what we are used to and took time to become accustomed to this. But this is just personal preference really.

The house was lovely, and very homely. spacious and comfortable. A lot bigger than expected, lovely surprise.

No problems with anything at all.

Beautiful and spacious home. Provided with washer And dryer. We traveled with our baby and they had a pack and play and booster seat available at the house!

Apparently, just a few issues with appliances short circuiting, but everything was sorted out and the staff was diligent about replying to my messages.
