We just got back from a 5 day stay and it was wonderful. We live closeby but we wanted to get away from home before our kids (teens) go back to school. The home is setup perfectly for families. The bedrooms are split with two on one side with a bath and another on the other side of the living room, with it's own bath and TV room. There is a view from the kitchen thru the living room and onto the pool, so you can keep an eye on swimmers easily. The pool and fountain were perfect, so relaxing. Beyond the pool the yard is very tropical, and nightly the fragrant huge gardina bush smelled heavenly. Several plumeria are starting to bloom. Our dog loved the jungle like yard, and chasing the lizards. Super quiet location with everything you could possibly need onsite. Our host Beth was very responsive and addressed all of our questions in a friendly manner. We would recommend this home to our friends and family, and we are already considering our next stay.

We booked this property last minute over Fathers Day weekend. Great atmosphere to just hang out in the pool with family and friends. Gulfport is a charming town and you are also very close to Passé Grille, our favorite place to watch the sunset!

We loved our stay at this Gulfport ranch with our grandkids (3-12). The heated pool was a perfect for relaxing with the kids before or after our adventures to nearby St Pete’s beach, Tampa Acquarium or Busch Gardens. The Florida Ranch was perfect for 3 adults and 3kids. We had a room and bath in the back while mom and the kids shared 2 rooms and bath in the front. It was a perfect arrangement. We would definitely stay there again!

Spacious living and Tv room with own personal pool and lounge chairs provided ample room for my group of five. One minor problem was taken care of by management within half a day. Very close and easily accessible to grocery shopping, beaches and to St. Pete's airport. Felt very safe in the area and Gulfport is a nice town. Also there was plenty of communication before and during the stay to find out location, pool maintenance etc.

Just an excellent all-around experience. The house was perfect. Comfortable for lounging, and for getting privacy to work and concentrate. We had a dog with us and the house and yard were secure and comfortable for our pet. We plan on returning.

The highlight was the pool and patio which included an outdoor dining table. I would definitely stay here again. Our only disappointment was not with the home but the previous renters who must have had at least one wet dog.

This property was a perfect place for our family, including our dogs. Heated pool, tall well built fence and beautiful backyard garden made the trip so relaxing. It was also great to have the 3 bedrooms and separate living rooms to allow for late night gaming away from parents sleeping. The property was well stocked in the kitchen and had plenty of towels for the pool. It is only 10 minutes to the most beautiful beach and restaurants are close by too. We loved our stay and would do it again.
