The apartment was large and very comfortable with lovely views of the park
The hotel treated us like criminals,
They also accessed the apartment before we had checked out and tried to charge a larger amount £200 more to our card again (without authorisation luckily our bank flagged and declined ) before we had checked out and an hour before we were due to check out.
They admitted to spying on us during the stay….
We also had to pay a £160 deposit on arrival which wasn’t mentioned in booking, this I had to insist they refunded before we left.

Es war alles sehr schön gemacht. man ging auf Kundenwünsche ein. Wir reisten sehr spät an, trotzdem machte die Küche uns noch eine Kleinigkeit. unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Es war alles sehr angenehm und hell, die Zimmer ruhig.
2 Steckdosen waren defekt.

This was a beautifully decorated apartment with a large patio and lovely view over the park, which was nice to walk around. It was just a short drive to the town centre.
Lack of air conditioning meant that we had to have the bedroom windows open at night which overlooked the road and was quite noisy. The blinds also did not keep the rooms dark. The only other comments are that it would have been nice to have some soap or hand wash in the apartment (no toiletries are supplied). Also we ate in the restaurant one night and the service was extremely slow.

Location, terrace with a shortcut to the park, big apartment - well equipped and modern, free parking, shops nearby (Lidl, DM), easy to find.

It was a excellent experience. The staff was super nice, helpful and welcoming. The studio itself had everything to sustain us and our 1 year old daughter as well as our dog. It is very close to the public transportation network and dm and Lidl. I'd 100% recommend! The view from the studio is also so beautiful, I miss waking up to it.
The decorations as much as they're beautiful, we had to relocate some stuff to make it more kid-friendly.
