Crantzdorf Lodge è diverso da qualsiasi altro Capanna / Chalet avete mai visto! La sua Loggia più lussuoso TUTTE Gatlinburg ma è anche ottima per i bambini. Questo assolutamente spettacolare albergo non ha eguali nelle Smoky Mountains! We had 27 people staying at Crantzdorf Lodge. While there were a few minor inconveniences we had a great time and the house was perfect for a large group of all ages. Close enough to Gatlinburg but far enough away.

The views from this property were absolutely stunning. My grandchildren loved the kids cabin and the adults spent hours outside on the decks, enjoying their panoramic views! The cabin was comfortably furnished, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of space for all 24 of us! Maggie was a sweetheart, and brought cupcakes for all of us to enjoy! I highly recommend this property!

Wow! This cabin won't disappoint! Our family of 23 had a wonderful time! The cabin met all of our needs. We were in direct contact with the owner, as the current property manager (Vacasa) didn't supply enough instructions. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved quickly.
We would love to stay here again the next time we are in Gatlinburg!

Amazing views. The cabin itself is gorgeous. My family, friends and I had an amazing time.
We did have some issues…
When we arrived three of the showers in the cabin did not work. We got one of the three to work for about 2 minutes and that was it. The shower in the master bathroom did not work at all. One of my guests found one of the beds in the house broken and unusable. Guests used couches to sleep on. I messaged the host about this issue and was told that the previous guest had broken them and she couldn’t get anyone out to fix it. My fiancé and I were getting married on Friday so i offered the host a chance to come and repair the showers for we were going to be out of the cabin all day. Host did not respond. It rained on my wedding day and I came back to the cabin on my wedding night to puddles of rain on the master bathroom floor and in the master bathroom tub. Rain had leaked through the roof onto the floor. WiFi was okay it would disconnect at random times and it wasn’t very good when it was connected. Host communication was slow. Asked months in advance if we could check in half an hour early to drop off stuff before wedding rehearsal at 4pm. Waited until 3 days before check in with response. Even a “ill keep you updated”‘would have been nice.
To let a cabin with that many issues be used by paying guests is unacceptable in that condition.
The cabin itself is gorgeous and has so much potential. Gorgeous views, beautiful area, so much wildlife.

Overall stay was fabulous! The home and views are gorgeous. The home has plenty of room for large families or groups. We had plenty of room to celebrate Christmas with family! The beds are comfortable! The only issues we had were with the stove and a bed on the bottom floor. The stove was extremely slow to cook, and one of the beds in the game room broke when our guests first sat on it. We tried to contact our contact for issues given in our instructions but never got a response. Luckily we had tools to fix the bed and had to work through the stove issues. Overall it was a great week in a beautiful home! We look forward to going again!

A beautiful home in a gorgeous location, away from the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Ford tourist traps. The fall colors were exceptional. The house is perfect for large groups with lots of games and a great media room.

I knew about all of the stairs so I brought several gates that I already had to keep the toddlers off of the stairs. The game room and theater were favorites of everyone. The kids loved the kid’s cabin! We had an issue with some leaking water and the property manager responded right away. Plenty of room for meals and for visiting without feeling like you were crowded. Dollywood is a short drive away and GSMNP is very close! The guys enjoyed golf and we all enjoyed the beautiful view off the top deck.

For starters, the house is beautiful and has absolutely stunning views of the mountains from the back. We had some communication challenges with the owners when we asked to move the date(s). We all had a great time and enjoyed the hot tub and game room. That said, the following were some of the frustrations we experienced during our stay. The back deck off the main level has not been maintained and has a portion that has significant damage. One of the rubber head rests in the hot tub was floating in the water upon our arrival and appears to be broken. The igniter on the grill didn’t work and it took forever to light it by hand. There are carpenter bees that have infested the kids cabin. We were only supplied the bare minimum of essentials like soap, towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The pans in the kitchen are extremely old and worn to the point where we didn’t feel comfortable using some of them. The doorknobs are old and need to be replaced. My wife actually cut her finger on one of them because there was a chunk missing. The refrigerator in the main kitchen wasn’t cold enough to hold any food so we had to change the settings to get it working. The refrigerator downstairs doesn’t have any shelves and is essentially unusable. We had to power cycle the water tank because it was leaking and water had to be cleaned up. There was no laundry detergent to do laundry. There are spider webs everywhere. Owners are not actively involved.

The home is beautiful and has so much for a family to enjoy.. The view from the deck is spectacular and very peaceful.. On the 1 rainy day we had the game area added a lot to the home to keep the small and large Children occupied. The pool that was thought to be at the property is not.. The pool is a part of the community. When we got there found out there is supposed to be 3 but difficult to find. We found 2 of them but 1 was closed for repairs and the other one we found was at the very top of the community.. Never did find the 3rd. The golf course was a good afternoon for the guys to spend some good quality time together. The smaller kids loved the additional play house that was on the lower deck. It has been a few years since we have been able to spend some time together as a extended family trip and we where able to make lots of memories..

Absolutely beautiful property, amazing views and a great location. This spot worked perfectly for our group which consisted of infants up to adults. The description was accurate, and the lodge was incredible. The property manager was very responsive and communicated with professionalism and urgency.

Absolutely breathtaking property with stunning views. Ck in and out was easy. The lodge accommodated our 24 family members and friends wonderfully. Property mgr responded within 1 hr with a new coffee maker when we could not locate carafes for the drip coffee makers in the home. The excess trash drop off was easy. We all enjoyed the game room. I highly recommend this property. Thank you for sharing it with us!

The house was amazing and the students enjoyed the games and theatre room. There was plenty of room to spread out. We anticipates a pool on the property and we were disappointed that it was not. The pictures would have you assume that it was a private pool, but upon closer review it was a community pool and we never found it. Kids were fine with other amenities but were looking forward to a private pool.

This cabin is stunning. It will certainly accommodate a large party. The owner was active in communications and even took the time to give us a tour upon check in. Everything was clean and updated. The decor was in season and added a very nice touch. I could not recommend this property enough. It has my highest rating.

We will plan to stay here again. The house was good for large groups. Plenty of places to sit and visit. It has 10 leather couches! The game area was perfect for entertaining. The jacuzzi was the perfect temperature.

Beautiful lodge with plenty to do. The views are amazing especially if you're fortunate enough to get snow! We'll definitely keep the Crantzdorf Lodge in mind when looking for a place to stay.

This cabin was perfect for our youth group to use when we were in Gatlinburg for the Tennessee Christian Teen Convention (TCTC). The cabin was spacious, clean, and had lots to keep us all entertained. You won't regret your stay here!

The property was beautiful and very spacious! We had a really great time enjoying the fireplace, hot tub, game room and all of the many other areas of the cabin. The guys played golf on the lovely course that it overlooks and had an awesome time! We also hired a Santa that made our trip complete! It was decorated beautifully when we arrived however I wish I had known prior as I brought a tree and decorations. The only issue I had was the lack of communication from the owner. I emailed her several times several months prior with no response. A sooner response would have helped me plan a little better as I had several questions that could have been answered and some money could have been saved. I bought things to take not knowing if those things were already there ( sheets, dishes, Christmas tree, decorations. Etc..) and then the fridge down in the game room area did not have any shelving in it so we were limited to refrigerator room that we needed to feed 32 people. Other than that the place was amazing!!

21 of us gathered for my husbands 50th Birthday and traveled from Maine, NY, Louisiana, and more. We all had plenty of room and we were very pleased with the whole process of checking in and out. The cabin had every amenity we could possibly ask for.

My siblings and I rented this cabin for a long weekend as a gift to our parents. It was a great size for our group (11 adults and 10 kids), the perfect amount of “together” without being on top of each other with all of our things. We would definitely recommend!

My now husband and I rented Cranzdorf Lodge for our family and wedding party to stay at. This cabin is just breathtaking, so beautiful in so many ways! The view is amazing, and there is no need to feel like you're crammed into one space, because this place is massive! There are 4 flights of stairs, so keep that in mind when choosing rooms for those who can't travel stairs as well. Most of the rooms have attached bathrooms, which include large jacuzzi tubs, which I loved! The host we're very helpful during the whole process, we did have to contact them once to help us turn on the outdoor fire places. He showed up in a timely manner and was able to fix it for us. The kids loved the theater and game room, it was all around an amazing experience and I'd book it again without hesitating.

This house is amazing. Beautifully decorated and clean. So much space for any kind of gathering. The game room was a huge hit for our group and the theater room was perfect.
The bedrroms and bathrooms were big and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Getting there was easy and there was plenty of parking. Short drive to anywhere you want to go. Nice golf course.
The views are breathtaking. Would love to go back for another family trip.
