Situata sul lato sud della favorita comunità residenziale di Jolly Harbour Marina, questa spaziosa villa completamente climatizzata si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da una bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca con bar sulla spiaggia e strutture sportive.
La Villa beneficia di una cucina completamente attrezzata, open space, ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo con TV via cavo, wi-fi illimitato (soggetto a disponibilità tecnica) e recentemente aggiornato, e primo piano completamente rinnovato con pavimenti piastrellati italiani, nuovi bagni con doccia ensuite e balcone alla camera matrimoniale. Arredamento moderno in tutto. Accesso diretto tramite porte finestre dal piano terra, piano aperto, zona giorno al ponte appena piastrellato e arredato. Splendidi panorami e sole pomeridiano.
La vista dal ponte di "Sleeping Indian Mountain" è la mia preferita!
Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti insieme ad un regolare servizio di pulizie. Teli mare disponibili presso la nostra società di gestione al momento del check-in.

Had a great stay. Villa was perfect. Loved watching the pelicans fish off our deck. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Angie Baby the Hustler on the beach was lots of fun. Property managers were great to deal with. We rented a golf cart for the month from Randy's Taxi to get around the complex. Took the bus to St. Johns and English Harbour - easy to do. Only downfall of our trip was we found Antigua to be expensive to eat out

The house was very clean. There is a good range of cooking utensils, very helpful as eating out was not a good option for us. Very comfortable bed, best sleeps ever!! Shady rear terrace overlooking the water. About 10 mins walk from main centre and pool.

Enjoyed our stay and felt the place and unit were of very good value for our family of five adults. The unit was a short (5 minutes) walk to Jolly beach south and had all the amenities we needed. The property management and owner were very quick to respond to any requests we had even over the national holidays. We enjoyed exploring the island with our rental car but loved the convenience of the being able to get groceries and access to restaurants so close. As well, with a family of five it enabled those that were early birds to go to the beach, jog or have breakfast on the main floor balcony while others got up at a slower pace.

We had the absolute best time in Jolly Harbor. Teresa was always so responsive. You would never know there was an ocean between us. Any questions we had Teresa would answer with all the details you need. The villa was beautiful and exactly as described. We walked to all the restaurants and the food store. The beach was also walking distance away. Jolly harbor was safe and everyone was very pleasant. The security guard driving around at night stopped as we were walking, identified himself, introduced himself, and asked us if he needed anything. Everything was so nice and clean, and best of all peaceful. The only thing was the welcome packet for travelers. It’s a little confusing because it has not been updated in awhile. From my understanding it has more to do with the management company. But Teresa does give you all the correct information you need.

For our second summer on Antigua and in Jolly Harbor, we stayed in this house for the first time. We enjoyed the clean house with AC throughout, which was important due to the high and humid temperatures. We did have some electrical issues in the kitchen (unsafe sockets, short circuiting using certain appliances) but these we swiftly sorted by the local electrician. We did miss some extra kitchenware (we like to cook, even on holiday) such as pots and (larger) pans, oven dishes, utensils etc. The bathrooms were great, walk-in showers after a sandy day at the beach were perfect. Our flight got cancelled on departure, the owners were so kind as to allow us to stay an extra night, which was a big help and relief. Very good en swift communication with Teresa. Would strongly recommend!

This property is located in a very quiet area of Jolly Harbour. The outdoor deck affords complete privacy from neighbouring properties. Sunrise from the master bedroom is a spectacular scene.
The property is well equipped and for those who don’t have a car well placed for a short walk to the supermarket / fabulous Jolly Beach. AC is very efficient and the showers are super in terms of pressure and hot water. We had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with very efficiently by the local management staff.
The local supermarket has everything you could need and is reasonably priced (including alcohol).
Disappointed that the communal swimming pool available to JH guests was closed for the week we were there as they were cleaning it. However having mentioned this issue to the management company, it was clear that the JH management could had not made them aware. This was an issue for us as we like to visit beaches in the morning and spend the afternoon at the pool.
The owner was also unaware of this situation.

Mark and Teresa are very responsive hosts and really helpful and their villa is very close to the beach and felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be back again!

My family had a wonderful experience at this property. From the start, Teresa and Mark were excellent hosts and were quick to respond to questions. The HBK property management was also easy to deal with as needed.
The villa itself is very functional and had all the space we needed for our family of 4. The kids loved hanging on the back patio and spent lots of time looking at fish in the harbour. A laundry machine wasn't a feature we missed, and the sun was so warm everything dried quickly. Despite the occasional power outage (which lasted mere minutes), we were always connected to WiFi and no issues with water pressure.
Location was 5 mins walk to a STUNNING beach, and the community pool was also very convenient to access. We would recommend renting a golf cart (in advance) as this made getting drinking water, food/drinks from the local grocery store so much easier. And the kids loved touring Jolly Harbour community as well.
Overall, we had a great time in Antigua and would not hesitate to book this place again. A beautiful destination with everything you need to have a good time in the sun!

We stayed at this property over Christmas and New Year and had one of our best holidays ever. The location is perfect. We could easily walk to the pool, beach, supermarket and restaurants with our 2 children. The host made check in and out so easy and provided helpful tips to make the most of our stay. The marina is a lovely community and everyone is so friendly. The apartment is spacious and has everything we needed and more. We can't wait to return and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had a lovely holiday at this villa. The property owners and staff at HBK were always available and replied promptly to any queries. Would like to thank Roxann for her all her assistance whilst we were in resort. The property does need some updating but was perfectly adequate for my family and we would definitely return.

The villa was very nice and in the perfect location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to the supermarket and local restaurants.
It sits right in the marina with a mountain view. It gives you a taste of what island life would be like.
All appliances are electric, not something we are used to but figured it out. Outlets are European 220V so if your from the US bring an adapter. The air conditioning units cool extremely well and the WiFi worked great.
The rooms are spacious and alot of drawers and closet space as well. The rain shower was very nice except that it's a bit small and doesn't drain quickly allowing water to back up and with no door water does splash onto the floor.
Overall we totally enjoyed this gem and look forward to renting again next year.

Perfect location near the beach
The villa was absolutely perfect for our 2 week stay in Jolly Harbour. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials for self catering. There is air-conditioning throughout. The Wi-Fi was excellent and good enough for video conferencing & Netflix which is on the Smart TV with other streaming apps.
The deck overlooking the water was a great place to relax in the evening. The villa is literally 5 minutes from the main beach where you’ll find Sandra’s Beach bar which serves good value food and excellent cocktails. There is a range of water sports are available for hire there along with sun loungers and parasols. Being on the west coast means the beaches are well sheltered from the Atlantic currents & waves which were very apparent on the east and north coasts of the island when we visited them.
The on-site supermarket provides everything needed including a range of Waitrose items. Although it’s only a 10 minute walk, I would recommend hiring a golf cart or car to get around the resort. The on-site pool is another great place to laze away the day if you fancy a change from the beach.
Further afield, Darkwood beach is only a 5 minute drive away and has good snorkelling directly from the beach and a water park to keep the kids entertained.
Teresa was an amazing host, constantly in contact with us throughout our time in Antigua, checking everything was ok and keeping us updated with information from the resort management team.
I can’t recommend this villa enough if you’re looking for a home from home & Jolly Beach is a perfect location. We will definitely be returning to Antigua next year.

Great Villa and location
My family and I enjoyed the villa and the beautiful location. Villa was a short walk to beach, restaurant and stores. We rented a golf cart to make travel more fun. Everyone here was very friendly and helpful. All restaurants were yummy and stuff very hospitable. Highly recommend.

Unbeatable location
Great value, comfortable and clean villa in a waterside location at Jolly Harbour.
Literally a couple mins stroll/golf cart from fabulous Jolly Beach, Jolly Harbour marina and restaurants, bars, facilities.
For us, a perfect location.
Great communications from owners, we were due to stay 2020 so was covid cancelled by 2 years. Appreciated understanding from owners and comprehensive information.
Easy check in and was great having the full day on last day as ours was an evening flight.
I'm sure we'll be back to beautiful Jolly Harbour!
Do rent a golf cart if yiu stay here, its easy to get around and it's fun!

Amazing from start to finish
What can I saw other than amazing. The villa is perfectly located within a wonderful set of villas backing onto the marina with easy access to the beach (2 min walk) along with an array of nice restaurants, a supermarket and a large pool with ample sunbeds.
Teresa is the perfect host and provided super fast responses to any queries we had.
The villa has more than ample space for a small family with large beds, ensuites in both rooms and efficient air con.
It really was the perfect holiday.

Fantastic location near to the beach
We had a brilliant 10 days in Jolly Harbour. The apartment has all that you need for self catering. We were travelling with our 18 month old son and had plenty of space. The property does not have a travel cot or highchair, and requires some degree of vigilance on the stairs and outside on the terrace with a small child, but we were absolutely fine.
Jolly Harbour has all you need for a happy family holiday. All the local staff in the restaurants and shops were lovely and friendly. We had no issues at all during our stay, only that we wished we could have stayed longer!

Lovely family villa in great location for beach and restaurants
This villa was just what we needed for a two-week stay with our kids over Christmas. It was clean, with a really well equipped kitchen and nice furniture, comfy sofas and beds. Love the view from the balcony and deck over to the hills.
I’ve scored 4/5 for cleanliness only because there was no cleaning service while we were there. I appreciate this is due to Covid, but family members in other villas had a regular cleaner.
It’s ideally placed for the beach, the supermarket, the tennis courts and pool, and less than five minutes by golf buggy to the restaurants in the commercial centre.
The communication and info from Teresa beforehand was really appreciated and helped allay any concerns we had about travelling. Roxann at the letting agents was very helpful and when the golf cart broke down (as they do!) we had it back the next day.
Everything went smoothly on our trip, and despite the Covid restrictions nothing much had changed since we were last at Jolly Harbour three years ago. It feels very safe, everyone wearing masks and sanitising when necessary.
We had some fantastic meals at Al Porto, the Greek place, Miracles by the entrance (top recommendation!), breakfasts at Petal’s and cocktails at Sandra’s on the beach. The Crow’s Nest is handy if you’re playing tennis or swimming in the pool. All in all a great trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. Great location. Close to beach, grocery store, restaurants. Villa is nicely kept and updated. Fully furnished kitchen. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Management is very helpful on questions.

Perfect location for beach and Jolly harbour supermarket and restaurants
The property is in a lovely location and the views from the balcony and decking area are beautiful.
The villa itself does function very well for 4 people (in this occasion it was 2)
Our only few niggles would be that all curtains could really do with a good clean including tie backs, rather a lot of hooks missing so curtains did not hang which on first impressions was a little sad and same with the dining room cushions. Also all the upside light fittings need a good clean due to the bugs that have not been removed. These points I think need to be aimed at the management
I understand that covid has not helped this situation
Overall we had a lovely stay and our hosts have been very accommodating.
We do hope to visit the villa again.

From our first contact with Teresa and Mark when we booked our holiday two years ago for 2020 initially, they made the entire process so easy. When covid cancelled our holiday, they were more than accommodating for us to change our dates to 2021 to ensure we did not lose our deposit. Teresa kept us informed about the current situation in Antigua and before we flew out, provided us with lots of helpful information about the situation at Jolly Harbour, testing and the house.
The house is situated on the South Finger so it takes only a few minutes to walk to the gorgeous beach. The location is a big plus; it’s great being able to walk to the beach or nip back to the house quickly, something that isn’t as easy if you stay on the North Finger. The house is well equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a few adaptors. We picked up a few things like washing up liquid and salt/pepper and general food ingredients from the local Epicurean. On the day we arrived there was a lovely welcome package left for us with snacks, fruit and a bottle of wine, which was much appreciated.
The house was clean, comfortable and more than spacious enough for five adults. The en-suite bathrooms both had powerful showers, which are much needed after spending the day at the beach.
HBK who manage the property were excellent; they rectified an issue with the golf buggy immediately; we notified them about it at 7pm on our first evening there (a Saturday), and by the time we returned from our meal, a replacement golf buggy had already been delivered. It was the same with the internet and more bedding; the internet router was replaced the same day and more bedding was delivered immediately. When we had a slight issue with the oven, again we informed Roxanne at HBK and a replacement cooker was delivered and fitted while we were out. A new TV has also been installed so we spent a few evenings watching films.
We loved our stay at Teresa and Mark’s place; they are excellent hosts and have a wonderful house. We would absolutely book their home again and recommend it to family and friends. Our only complaint would be that two weeks on the island and in their home wasn’t enough.

We are family of 5 and this was our first time visiting Antigua. The property we rented was beautiful. Location is amazing. It is very close to the amazing beach, within 5 minutes walking. Getaway to Antigua
We are family of 5 and this was our first time visiting Antigua. The property we rented was beautiful. Location is amazing. It is very close to the amazing beach, within 5 minutes walking. The view from the house is also beautiful. Everything was perfect and we are very happy with our stay. We are definitely want to come back again.

Nice holidays
Nice place, nice beach. The interiorspecially the baths and kitchen need an update. Bath not be by a professional, cheap plastic and toilette downstairs useable for children. No covers for the beach chairs on the terrace and only 2 for 4 chairs. Equipment in the kitchen should be added. For example a salad spinner is missing. slove and microwave are not state of the art. My rating depends on the 5 starts i expected by ratings of others. It was okay not bad but also not 5 stars. We had a nice time. Thank you Terasa.

Couldn't be nicer!
We came for a week 02/19 to 02/26. Our 2nd trip here and everything was excellent! We had a glitch with HBK on a golf cart we rented in September for this week, but that was rectified and our week was wonderful, but too short. Thanks to Mark and Teresa for squeezing us in between two weeks!

Perfect Beach Location
What a great place. The Villa was perfect for our 2 well stay. The absolutely breath taking beach is literally à few minutes walk down the Lane. Check in and out was seamless and the area has a good balance of delicious restaurant food and groceries if you choose to eat in. The Villa kitchen didn't lack a thing. We brought UK power converter foot for our US phone chargers and some Christmas lights. Security is awesome all over the Island and especially in the Villa neighborhood. Walking after dark was never a concern. A wonderful trip!

Very good Property in convenient location
Everything you could need for a great holiday. The agents managing the property arranged for us to be met at the airport which made the check-in straightforward. The Villa has a good sized Lounge/Dining/kitchen area downstairs with comfortable settees. The Kitchen is well equipped and the air conditioning was very good. Outside there was a terrace with table, chairs and sunbeds. There were two good sized bedrooms upstairs both air conditioned and each with en-suite bathrooms.
The Villa was within a few minutes walk of the beach and there were two good bars each providing free sunbeds and umbrellas, if you bought a drink. A very good Supermarket was located about 10 minutes walk away and there were a range of excellent restaurants nearby.
Golf buggies were available for hire but not really necessary if you were reasonably fit.
There were a number of shops and services available where you could hire cars, arrange trips on boats or guided tours around the Island. Everything you needed was in a few minutes walk and there was quite a good bus service into St. Johns. However I'd avoid that town when the liners are in. There were three in when I went there and I wished I hadn't gone in.

Excellent condo near beach
This unit was as described in the listing. It was super comfortable and so close to a gorgeous beach. We went there nearly everyday! The Castaways bar and restaurant on the beach was fabulous as was the Crows nest restaurant on the property. Be sure to check both of those out. I highly recommend this unit!!!
