The hotel is very practical and modern, good location. Problem with the hot water in the morning and nights.

Hotel is nice but room 105 is next to the lobby entrance, main door and stairs. Not privacy and you can hear conversation and door open and close.

There is not one at the property to help check in the evening or if you have a problem you have to call.
Very loud place.
You can hear the people in other rooms all hours of the night.
No hot water.
I wouldnt stay more then 1 day.

Check in was quite awkward because there wasn't anybody there it's remote. They do send an email in advance but if you're traveling you don't see it so I had to produce everything via messaging to a remote person. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and like most hotels I'm finding no hot water even a Hilton that I'm in now. Good value if you're passing through town. I did see some reviews that their neighborhood is unsafe but that is not the case I really did not see anybody. At night it was very quiet and the room is back to a preserve so will you hear is tree frogs and crickets

Very neat and clean. Nice staff. A little noisy because the parking was too close to the room. I heard everything. Overall I would stay again. Nice restaurants close by.

Very clean and quiet facility. Staff very helpful. Easy parking. Pool very nice. Jacuzzi did not work. Terrace doors a bit sticky (very hard to close). Location a bit too far to walk to beach, but the beach is very nice with a good selection of restaurants.

My husband and I only stayed a night. It was a last minute reservation. We arrived and went straight to our room using an access code. Only 3 observations made during our night.
Private pool didnt have a net to take out flies and knats, the bubble jets didnt work and a palm trees leaves were sparking fire becuase wind kept making it hit the electric lines. Staff that helped me over phone were very nice. Check out was just making a call to let them know we were leaving. Quiet surroundings and very private. Close to variety of foods. I'd recommend and stay again.

This facility is not really a lodge or a hotel. It is more of a backpacker's hostel with a nice comfortable bed and big screen TV. The tiny bathroom was unfinished concrete and what RVers would call a wet bathroom because the open shower sprays all over the toilet. All floors were bare concrete and the place wreked of insect spray. The staff were courteous and the location was convenient. Other than that, don't have high expectations.

Pictures on the website made the place look a lot nicer than reality.
No atmosphere as it was very quiet and bland.
For the price- breakfast should be included. Way too much for what it is.
