Non ho soggiornato al Kimura dato che mi han messo nella struttura di fronte di un livello estremamente inferiore, purtroppo arrivando in tarda serata ci siamo accorti solo al mattino, inoltre leggendo altre recensioni la cosa accade come normale routine.

In questa struttura, di nome Mia’s Place (allego foto che confermano la diversa struttura, aveva 6 su Booking prima che le cambiassero il nome per ripartire da zero con le recensioni, qui funziona così) c’era il bagno che puzzava di fogna a cielo aperto, l’acqua calda scendeva con il contagocce e non ti potevi lavare, nella camera ci stava solo il letto, non si poteva chiudere la porta a chiave e al mattino ti svegli alle 7,30 con il rumore del martello pneumatico nelle orecchie dato che di fianco i muratori stan facendo un nuovo edificio e lavorano dalla mattina presto alla sera. Come colazione ti portano 3 pancake con 2 banane e un caffè che non bevo. Abbiamo pagato il prezzo del Kimura alloggiando in una struttura fatiscente. Al mattino siamo scappati in fretta e furia. Il top è stato che Bookingcom non rimborsa nonostante ho mandato le foto perché la struttura dice di averci cambiato camera, oltre al danno la beffa

I wanted to recover from illness away from El Nido mayhem. I thought that if I paid a premium price for a sea view room, it would be a healing setup. No sea view at first floor room. But I got to stay just below construction yard at second floor. Circular sawing noise and hammering all day long. It would have been decent to mention about this thing when I did the booking, and ask if it would bother my stay, but no. There was a very sick dog with untreated injuries resident, just looking at that poor animal made me want to vomit.

Good breakfast, free coffee, comfortable bed and good location almost beach front.

When we checked in they wanted us to stay at the hostel next door (mia's place) this is already common, I read some reviews about it. I complained and demanded to stay where I booked (kimura), they put us in a family room and the next day they asked us to change to a double room. We sent clothes to be washed and they returned with a stained dress, they said it was the laundry service's fault and they didn't solve the problem. Bathroom door with broken hinges, making it impossible to close. Room too noisy early in the morning, because it's very close to the reception and street.

Quando sono arrivato mi hanno fatto attendere la sera per darmi la stanza dicendomi che gli ospiti erano in tour mentre nel giorno della mia partenza, visto che ero in tour io mi hanno tirato fuori la valigia dalla stanza a loro piacere. Atteggiamenti poco piacevoli. La struttura è modesta ed io nel mio bagno facevo la doccia sul water.....quando si viaggia va bene adattarsi, soprattutto da queste parti ma qui si paga poco e si ha meno

When we arrived for our 12:30 check in, there was no one around to greet us and the staff from the neighbouring guest house tried to get us some help. We ended up having to call a posted number and someone finally came out from the back. They seemed surprised that we were there and unsure that we had a booking at all. We had booked 2 triple rooms for 4 nights. They did not have either room ready and asked us to return at 5pm. They offered to store our bags as we went back to town to wait for 4 hrs. Upon our return, the rooms were still not ready. Again, we waited and then they finally offered us a double room (rather than our triple) and the second room that they offered was a triple, but was not “sea view” as paid for. Also, there seemed to be some fresh paintwork within the double room so there was a very strong paint smell. We emailed multiple times and Booking.com tried to contact them to resolve the issue, but we were both ignored. In the end, we did not stay here due to the paint smell, poor communication, poor service, and were not provided the rooms that we paid for. We booked 2 triple rooms with sea views. These rooms were not available, and for the reasons listed above we chose not to stay there. The property refused to refund out money. We do not recommend you stay here if you actually want the rooms that you have paid for.

El WiFi iba súper rápido y el desayuno estaba muy rico (bastante cantidad y variado entre días). Al lado de la pensión, hay un puestecillo 24h que te vende el agua a buen precio. Tiene secador, cosa que no encuentras en los hoteles de la zona. Tv con Netflix.

El baño no tiene ventanilla para cerrar, lo que está constantemente en contacto con la naturaleza, motivo por el cual, estaba lleno de hormigas, mosquitos, etc. Tuvimos que usar una supuestamente toalla, para tapar el agujero y que no entrasen muchos bichitos. La ducha goteaba constantemente y tuvimos que poner un cubo grande que había para, de alguna forma, reutilizar ese agua.
