This is the first place we didn't want to leave!

Few days before our check-in, I contacted the host with question how to find the keys. He said not to worry, he will send me an explanation video on the date of check in. He did it on that day, but at late night, something after 20h. At that time, we were traveling 1600 km by car under heavy rain. We tried to download the video 2h later when we came. It was impossible to download the video. It was more then 120 MB big and internet did not work, I suppose due to bad weather that night. Not to mention that we were in the roaming. Having no solution, we tried to contact the host on his mobile 10 times that night, but he did not answer. We were not able to find the keys and to enter the apartment. That is why we were forced to look for some another suite in the first closest city, on late Sunday when nothing was opened. And because of that we spent additional money for other booking and had a large invoice for roaming trying unsuccessfully to download unreasonably large file because the host was not willing to simply explain me in few sentences how to find the keys when he was kindly asked at the beginning, before our journey started. Additionally to add, his automatic messages are on his mother language - German, not on English. If you want to automate your business to the maximum, and to work with foreigners, then you can not use your mother language in automatic messages. Further, if you are using explanation video because you are lazy to write 3 sentences of explanation to your Clients, then it is the best to make it on YouTube or similar platforms. You can cause the problem if you make 120MB video for only 10 sec of explanation and on the top, if you send it for downloading through SendBox!? Tomorrow we succeeded to open the file and, indeed, it was very clear, but it was late for us. That is why we are giving the worst rating for the host. I can not rate apartment itself, because we were unable to see it at the end.

We absolutely loved this apartment. It’s cozy and home-like.

Its a really nice apartment, clean, and neat. I loved the lighting and windows and the balcony. Stars and moon can be seen from the bedroom when it gets dark.

The mirror in the bathroom was a little too tall for shorter people... and the climb to the apartment with our heavy luggages wasn't the most pleasant (though it can't be helped). Maybe it'll be suitable for backpackers or travellers early in their trip without heavy bags. Also we came at a bad timing, there was a lot of construction in the city and around the apartment, made it a bit inaccessible because trams had to be redirected to bus routes...

Very clean and comfortable apartment. The bed was fantastic - I don't remember last time I had slept so well. Very quiet place, no noise at all. Very secure carpark.

we missed a bottle opener and a lighter for the candle. that was all we missed.
