Everything I needed except no TV but I was out most of the time anyway.

Nothing at all. Bathroom small with small wash-hand basin pro-rata but fully functional.

Private parking and nice little desk space in a clean room in Kingston at a very reasonable price.

a lovely little place. i was in kingston for a concert and i was just looking for a cheap stay in the area. host was very friendly and it was a very clean room. comfy bed and a nice temperature. easy to get there by bus, would recommend!

The place is tucked away in the fifth zone of London. Transportation is expensive. It is not allowed to enter the kitchen. The place smells of Indian family flavour.

It was cheap - but very basic

no lamp in room, no wifi code, had to go downstairs for shower. also not very obvious from ad that this is a room in a house and not a stand alone residence as i thought

I had 3 messages regarding check in the day of arrival. They say check-in is 3-8pm but that depends on their availability. I eventually turned up at the third time allocated, which was not convenient for me, to be welcome by a lady with a child who showed me the room and shower room. She then left the building without confirming the wifi code. Very inconvenient. I would suggest that a. they dont contact customers on day of arrival. most are working and do not want to read messages and b. put the wifi code in the bedroom.

Everything was perfect.

Simple but comfortable room. Nice hot shower. Clean sheets and comfortable bed. Good WiFi.

it was in a very good location, immaculately clean. The room was a good size with a fridge & a microwave. The bed was really comfortable.

During the night that I stayed, the temperature in London was 4°C but no heating in the room. Unacceptable !!! Duvet wasn't big enough to cover proper myself. So my sleeping was super problematic..
