Once vetted by ABODEbucks it was smooth sailing. The listing was accurate and the house was clean. Our stay was short so we did not cook but the kitchen looked well stocked.

This house was located in a perfect spot for our son’s college graduation—Restaurant and bars within walking distance. The house itself was clean and comfortable enough for the 8 of us to enjoy. We would definitely recommend to others!

We were in town for a family funeral, and there were 6 adults and 2 children staying in the house. We had ample space, perfect number of bedrooms, and all were comfortable in their accommodations. The neighborhood is peaceful, one block from a nice park, and restaurants within walking distance. We have no complaints at all - everything was just great!

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. There were a few things that would have made the stay a 5 star experience. First of all, the communication with Kristy was good. She was very attentive to our questions and worked to make thing’s wonderful. The biggest issue we had was the fact that the refrigerator did not work the entire time we were there. We had 9 family members there and planned on eating meals at the house all weekend. We purchased food before we realized that the refrigerator didn’t work so we spent the rest of the weekend trying to be creative in keeping the food cool. Luckily the freezer did work so that helped. We know that things like this happen and no one can really plan on these type of things. My only concern was that it certainly didn’t seem to be a huge priority with anyone to get it fixed or help us with a solution. We survived fine though and still enjoyed our stay. A few other suggestions are: the hand soap dispensers in the bathrooms were either empty or almost empty, there were no hand towels (or paper towels)in the bathrooms, and one of the bathroom towels was stained. The house really is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. We would have just appreciated attention to some details. It seemed to us that the house was perhaps a “work in progress.” Again, we did enjoy our stay and with a few tweaks it would be a 5 star experience.

The property manager was very responsive and great at problem solving the very minor issue we had in an expeditious manner. The house location was phenomenal and the house itself lived up to the images! It was super nice to have a crib and playpen supplied by the house. The only recommendations I have are: know that both full bathrooms are on the second floor, that you will need to bring your own crib sheets, and that parking in front is typically available but if not the garages (yes, TWO) are accessible via the back alley. Great experience overall!

The house was a great home base for a bachelorette party. Walking distance from restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable and enough for everyone in our group. Certain walls looked to be under construction near the laundry room, but the rest of the house was fine. Check in and out we’re super easy and the host was super responsive. Would recommend if you’re visiting St. Louis!

We had a very nice stay. This is a pretty big property in a great location. They were finishing some upgrades to the property to the HVAC which didn’t really affect us, but it was clearly under construction and will be an even better property soon!
