This is a great location right on the beach, the home is very well maintained and our entire family enjoyed the stay - Tammy is a great host - if my daughters get their way (and they usually do) we'll be here again on our next trip to Galveston -

What a fabulous house and location. We loved everything about our time there. House fit us all without being cramped and the beach was just right to walk to and play and those that got tired could go back and rest.

I can’t say enough about this house & the hosts! The property was clean, the house was adorably decorated, there was TONS of seating for dining & lounging and plenty of places for people to sleep! Having two refrigerators/freezers was crucial and very much appreciated! Our group had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!!

Beautiful house, exactly as described, loved the layout and the beds/sheets were comfy. Great location with a path to get to the beach easily. We really enjoyed it and will likely be back again for next year! ❤️

It was such a lovely beach house where we came to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 80th year old birthday. From smooth check-in (appreciate our host Tammy who let us checked-in early and mother-in-law had dinner with an awesome sunset view), a great surprise from our aunts (who flew down from NJ), we spent a memorable two-day weekend at the beautiful beach house!
The sunrises, private beach, large dining and living areas, our guests and birthday girl all love our stay this past weekend! If needed, there are nearby cafe, restaurants and convenience stores within a few miles or head into Galveston main island for more food options and grocery stores. Comfortable beds, well stocked bathrooms (shampoos and bath soaps, tissues) and large kitchen. Anything you need (coffee, creamer, basic condiments, oil, various seasonings), they have them. What a lovely beach house!

Our hosts were even able to provide perfect weather for our stay along with everything else in their wonderful abode. Clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and organized. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with any utensil needed for food and drink prep. 1 fridge held our food and the other held the copious amounts of beverage necessary for a fun vacation. Add all this to the view and access to their toys made every minute enjoyable. Highly recommend this rental. We will be back!

This property is amazing, the house is stocked with everything you could ever need. My family and I had a great time here and will be back! The host was great and very responsive, 10/10 for this place and the host!!

This is an amazing house located away from the busyness of the main area of Galveston. You are literally on the beach and can walk through a pathway to get to the beach area. Since it was wintertime, there were barely any people on the beach and it was nice and relaxing to sit outside and enjoy the beach air and weather. The property owner was very communicative during a crazy rain storm we had when some water leaked through a few of the windows. It didn't affect our vacation plans at all. Highly recommend this house if you want a fully stocked beach house that's steps away from the ocean!

The house was perfect size for our three families with kids staying over New Year’s Eve. It is well furnished and stocked.

Our experience was amazing. Everyone had a great time the house super spacious, had plenty of room for everyone and we had 10 people in our party
Tammy and Rock are great host and very accommodating
Our stay was over Christmas weekend and Tammy made us homemade cookies that where amazing
House had a great view and all the little things that you really don’t think of bringing
The Sonos’s sound system was a huge plus
We will definitely be renting with them again

Beach house was very nice. The house has maintenance issues that need to be addressed. That being said, we enjoyed our stay. The house was still very nice and comfortable. The furnishings were very nice and in good condition. Our family was very happy with the stay.
