Great house for large groups. Big open living room and kitchen concept on the first floor with bedrooms in the front and the entire second floor. Plenty of beds and bathrooms! Great host and we will be looking to stay here again. Thanks

We had a very large family/friend gathering and every room had multiple beds and it’s own bathroom! Only a mile away from Hunter Mt. -So convenient.

Fun time for a bachelor party. Plenty of outdoor space, parking, beds, and room inside the house. Fridge was big too which helped given the size of our group

We weren’t able to get in touch with the property manager and received no check in or out info. Luckily the cleaners were still there when we arrived otherwise we’d have had no way into the house. Within 10 minutes of unloading our food into the house mice had gotten into it and were a constant issue (as were wasps outside). Luckily we brought our own plastic ware and paper plates because every cabinet and drawer was filled with mouse poop. The shared spaces were clean but the bathrooms were not. Several of us also have burns from the water because the hot water becomes immediately scalding if even slightly on. The beds listed in the listing are also not accurate (space for 22) and there are cameras everywhere which was not mentioned in the listing. I hate to leave a bad review and have never left one before but to have zero info or communication from the host on top of having to throw out a lot of food due to mice made a positive review impossible.

We had a wonderful stay here with our family! As mentioned by another guest, the bed count in each room is not as listed but nonetheless, there is still plenty of sleeping space for a large family. The location is great, the house was clean, and the manager was responsive. We would definitely stay again!

The house/property is very accommodating for a large group like my family. The large dining table inside and on the deck was very convenient and the living room and benches on the deck accommodated our ability to visit with each other nicely. Kitchen was relatively well stocked for us to cook, and the view of the mountain was splendid.
The number of bathrooms with the bedrooms was very helpful and allowed us to spread out appropriately.
Overall, the property is perfect for a large group getaway.

Has a huge backyard and patio was good. Not sure if the air conditioning was working or not. Location was awesome. Game room was great. Bedding was all washed properly, no issues there. Overall a decent stay at a decent price for large group.

Large House With Fun Amenities
The house is the perfect base for exploring Hunter and the Catskills. A lot of people in our group experienced issues with the sheets being clean etc. Also pretty disorganized I.e. extra sheets and bedding found stuffed on the floor in the closets. The bathrooms were ok however not particularly clean and one was missing a shower curtain....Basically I would say it was ok for a big group of low maintenance friends. For a family on the other hand or a group seeking a more luxurious stay I definitely wouldn’t recommend. Thankfully we were more the former so it was ok. Thank you!

NOT IMRESSED
Entry to house when coming at night was not clear and owner not available to reach. Took at while to get into house with all tired kids.
Kitchen smelled terrible and so were the rooms on the first floor not smelling fresh. We actually tried cleaning out the freezer which had a terrible stench but would not come out and all food had to be bagged so that it should not get a smell
Images depicted a bright airy interior. Reality of house was not as airy as it seemed,
All in all might be a good place for someone needing many bed/bathroom and is not very particular about cleanliness
