Lage des Homestays war nicht gerade in einer touristischen Gegend.

We loved the balconies/ terraces: the views over the bay were phenomenal. We could watch the fishing boats & coracles down below & catch beautiful sunsets. If you want to swim, the frequent #1 bus takes you to the busier tourist areas about 5 km away A great deal of care & thought has gone into making Irini’s lovely…a bit like a Greek villa . Lots of plants too. Our room was comfortable. The breakfast- esp the fruit was delicious. The owners are lovely- kind & helpful.

The swimming pool was disappointing, (but if you like to play pool, there’s a pool table.) I’m vegetarian & the local restaurants has very little to offer- but abundant sea food for those that eat it.

Accueil parfait, jus offert à l'arrivée et au départ. Hôtel situé en bout de plage, près du village de Mui Ne, donc à côté des restaurants locaux, du marché.. Hôtel décoré avec goût, dans les bleus et blanc, on se croirait en Grèce 😂, qui donne sur la plage avec beaucoup de terrasses et points de vue sur la mer. Une belle piscine où nous étions tout seul à chaque fois. La Chambre était grande avec une terrase sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner bon, à choisir la veille : un plat choisi, un jus, une boisson chaude, des fruits et des patates. Loue de scooters à 150k la journée. Personnes adorables.

Mui Ne, quelle déception, nous en avions un super souvenir d'il y a 10 ans, et là la plage est sale, impraticable. Heureusement la piscine était là. Je n'ai mis que 9 car le rapport qualité prix et moins bien que d'autres hôtels de notre voyage. En effet, les équipements sont vraiment basiques, pas de TV, frigo, bouilloire (on pouvait laisser dans le frigo de la cuisine et il y avait de l'eau chaude à disposition) mais on a mal été habitué à avoir tout dans les chambres durant le reste du voyage.

Das Hotel hat einen außergewöhnlichen Stil und ist im gesamten sehr gemütlich. Die Zimmer und die verschiedenen Aufenthaltmöglichkeiten wie Gemeinschaftsraum mit Billiard oder andere Sitzgelegenheiten sind sauber und gemütlich. Die Familie war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein schönes aber in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt nicht mehr.

Leider war der Außen- und Poolbereich nicht sauber. An viele Ecken wurde renoviert und gebaut, sodass überall Bauschutt und anderer Müll herumlag. Der Zugang zum Meer war bei Flut aufgrund des ganzen Mülls nicht zu benutzen. Nur bei Ebbe bis ca. 13 Uhr konnte der Zugang genutzt werden. Die Betten waren steinhart. Föhn, Kühlschrank und Poolhandtücher waren nicht im Zimmer. Man muss fragen, wenn sowas gebraucht wird. Die meisten Familienmitglieder sprechen kein englisch. Man konnte sich so verständigen, leider war aber nicht immer jemand da.

Lo stile marinaresco degli interni che ti fa sentire in riva al mare. La camera era spaziosa e pulita. Colazione onesta. Possibilità di organizzare un tour privato con jeep alla ricerca dei posti più belli di Mui Ne. La presenza di 2 cagnolini simpatici e affettuosi.

Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet und war eines der gemütlichsten auf unserer Reise. Hier hat sich jemand wirklich viel Mühe mit der Einrichtung und Gestaltung gegeben! Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und das Zimmer war recht große, sauber und hatten einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Der Pool war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Generell gab es mehrere kleine Terrassen mit Ausblick und eben einen sehr schönen Pool Bereich. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wohl bedingt durch die Offseason gab es sowohl im Hotel als auch bei den Nachbarn viele Bauarbeiten und Reparaturen weshalb es tagsüber doch öfter etwas laut war. Wir waren aber auch die einzigen Gäste und irgendwann muss es ja gemacht werden, trotzdem etwas schade.

Good location in terms of close to shops etc, was on a narrow part of the road but had good off street parking for bikes. View was great from the various open terraces which were also great spots to eat and drink. The property had a kitchen which offered a menu of items to eat a drink.

There are a lot of steps as the house runs down the hill to the sea, I had a family above me with little kids and was noisey. Room was sparse but was ok, little natural light.

absolutely everything! This was by far my favorite place I’ve stayed so far, the atmosphere was beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, the views were jaw dropping and the food was to die for! I will defiantly be back

Beautiful homestay with lots of charm and character, a gorgeous pool area we loved relaxing by and a friendly and helpful family running it! Everyone was very welcoming and the hosts helped us with our ongoing bus.

The location was slightly far from the main bar/restaurant areas and beach but we ordered grab taxis to get there which were easy.

The place is unique...very Santorini like.. great view of the sea... great host and helpful staff

We loved our stay here, The staff are very friendly! also the breakfast was very nice with juice, fruits and fresh baguette! nice pool area with sun beds and complimentary towels which was great

The room is very basic that we booked, however you can expect that for the very cheap price. The place is located out of the main town so you experience less tourists and more locals, so good choice of restaurants nearby the hotel is limited you need to get to the main town Phan Thiet!

The homestay is very close to the fishing village and the market which is good if you want to watch local life but not if you have beach holiday in mind, though nothing easier than taking a grab to a better beach. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, the view and terraces really cool.

Just the AC in our room was too close to the bed.

Super nice place, with swimming pool and the best breakfast! Amazing, sweet people working there or just helping you out. You will need a scooter, but we think you need a scooter from any apartment around mui ne, in order to see something of the surroundings. So we rented a scooter at IRINI, which was perfect.

Absolutely nothing to mention here, all was amazing.

Nice place near to village. Good pool, good wifi, front of the beach.

Fabulous quaint apartments, beware loads of steps and no lift but that's part of its charm. Lovely sea views, ( pity that the beach is covered in rubbish). Staff are great, deliciously cooked omelette for breakfast. English isn't good but the sweet young boy is a good translator.

The accomodation is beautiful with great views of Mui Ne both at sunrise and sunset. The host is very friendly and is helpful in any way possible. Breakfast also great. The location is a bit far from the area with restaurants but I rented a scooter at the accomodation.

The room with sea view was spacious and with a nice view. However, I woke up multiple times from a dog barking during the night which sounded like it was standing next to the room. Also, the early morning chicken at 5 or 6AM wasn't helpfull for sleeping some extra hours.

Wow. This place is wonderful! The family is lovely and the place is really nice located with a nice view. They are really helpful with rent scooters and book other things. It feels like home.

The host family was very kind & helpful. We love them. Amazing views from rooms & terraces. The pool is great and they have many entertaining things like pool table, cards... And so many lovely things... And there are many steps which may unsuitable for elders

Everything was amazing: the place, the breakfast, the pool. The owner and his mother was very friendly and has helped us a lot , for example he booked us our bus ticket , his mother has backed us a banana pancake

Amazing family and lovely people (Helped us book onward bus travel and a brilliant jeep tour), breakfast one of the best I've had in Vietnam and such lovely views of the bay. Room was spacious and good air con. Overall one of my favorite stays and would highly recommend stopping here.

The beaches and Mui Ne itself are a little run down and messy but it had very nice parts and some great food spots.

The place is gorgeous. I loved the decoration,all white and blue with the sea sounds in the background. The pool is great, the common spaces are wide and bright and there is a pool table. The owner is an excellent host.

The beach outside the property is not very beachy. Not suited for laying your towel and sunbathing or swimming in the sea. The view if the bay is priceless, though.
