Large bedrooms with comfy double beds- 3 en suite and one with its shower/toilet accrossw the hall. Large lounge /kitchen/diner with glass doors to a balcony. Swimming pool large and deep enough to swim and play (indoors with glass doors to the garden) two gardens . good wifi connection. Ivana (owner) lives upstairs and is very helpful . 10 minute walk to nice beach, cafes and shops. (longer coming back - see below)

Unless you're fit you'll need a car to get up the steep hill leading to the villa. Split isn't far away but the traffic on the road to Split can be very heavy in high season.

This is a lovely, spacious, modern and well presented apartment. As a family of 4, it was more than enough, it would be even more suited to twice that number. Our host showed us around briefly and then just left us to it, which was ideal for us. But whenever we needed anything she was always available and happy to help. The indoor pool and sauna area gives the property that something extra, and it's a lovely option to have available. We would definitely recommend this property.

The only down side, which is nothing to do with the quality of the property and which, depending on your outlook, may not be a problem, is the very steep and winding road to walk up. For us it was fine, a good way to keep a little fitness up, but if older or with small children it might be a challenge, so a car would be recommended - we did take a car but obviously if going out for a drink we went on foot
