Location between Tybee Island and Savannah, water pressure in shower, bed were comfortable

The entry lock kept timing out and we had problems entering the property. So did the unit B next to us the alarm system kept beeping at night. The lock in the patio door was broken. The internet only worked sporadically. The remotes for the TVs wee all mixed up, it took us more than half our stay to figure out why the TVs weren’t working. In one of the bathrooms we found a bunch of hair behind the door and in front of the belarhtub. . Bath tub and surrounds were painted over and the paint was chipping off. Railing on the steps seem to have been prepped for painting but we’re not painted. The back yard was overgrown with weeds and not maintained or mowed. The upholstery for the outside seating was left out and soaked from the rain We appreciated the thought of brand new towels but they had never been washed or dried and we ended up being covered in fuzz

We lived the location to Tybee Island and the lime tree out back!

Perfect location! Right in the middle of Tybee Island and historic Savannah which made it super convenient to flip-flop between the two during our stay! You have krogers, Publix, restaurants and gas stations all within just a couple of miles. The place was very clean and spacious. It had everything you would need to cook and eat “at home” Cupboards were loaded with dishes, cups, etc. Had all major appliances: dishwasher, washer/dryer, blender, toaster, coffee pot, etc. Even provided silverware! They also supplied smaller items and toiletries like dish soap, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels and toilet paper..they also supplied all the linens and towels/washcloths..the closets were full of extra pillows and linens. Honestly, we didn’t even need to bring anything other than food to cook! I have stayed at many hotel chains over the years and this place is well above and beyond hotel service. A lot of extras you would not get from a hotel. Very modern and loved the decor! It really felt like “home away from home” Great location in a great neighborhood with the convenience of literally everything. We were very happy with our stay and definitely would book again in the future!

Honestly? Not a thing! The parking space is a little crowded but had no issues. It’s literally at the beginning of Johnny Mercer Blvd so I’d suggest slowing down right after the turn off because it’s not far up the road but could be easily missed. I would suggest maybe a small sign at the entrance? Never had issues with anyone parking in our space or had any issues with neighbors as other reviews have said. Nothing was tore up or broken either.

This was an amazing stay. It was comfortable, clean, and peaceful. Convenient location.

There were some areas that had peeling plaster. The hand rail on the stairs was broken near the bottom. Some cushions had stains.

The location was great and I liked that it had two suites with attached bathrooms.

There was no WiFi so we couldn’t use the internet or the smart tvs. I was told there was cable. No cable either. So we were without tv our entire stay, which is inconvenient when you’re on vacation and at the condo for most of the evening. I contacted the appropriate people and was told the owner said the WiFi was “active” but they would send someone out to fix it. Never sent anyone. There was random dust and door knobs and trash in the drawers. The furniture was worn and the chairs in the living room were filthy.

Super clean, comfortable and safe.

It was the perfect location for our trip. Right between Savannah & Tybee Island. Very nice neighborhood. Plenty of amenities close by.
