Property was clean and quite

Pillow had yellow stains on and very cold at night due to window not closing properly

The price!!! The caravan was really very clean. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach front where you can literally walk up and down for miles. The park location is close to Rhyl and very close to Prestatyn centre with Tesco close by. James is a fab host, quick to communicate and very helpful. We had a lovely 2 bottles of wine and chocolates welcome, very thoughtful. The photos are true to the advert in fact there's a gorgeous wooden dining table and chairs now. So I've only taken one outside photo to show the furniture, which by the way is very comfy. Looking forward to coming back when we can 😀

I can't say we didn't actually dislike anything. The sofa is a little uncomfortable and in need of an update but lovely quality throws were available. To be fair, for the price you would expect more than just the sofa to be a little dated. The WiFi for Netflix etc isn't great but didn't bother us. Our phones worked fine. The caravan can be hard to find but listen to the sat nav. You literally have to drive over the grass and between two other peoples caravans. But. If their car is parked in the way you need to follow the road round and turn in at van 208 and 235 is at the end of the road, you will see it. James gives good instructions but for 2 older ladies it didn't sink in at first. But honestly, once you know it's dead easy 😀
