Services - a lot of improvements needed. The food is not up to expectations. The fried rice we ordered for kids came with a burnt smell. Not sure if they clean the pot before they cook. We found a hair on the sandwich. Cutlery is not clean.

The Chek in time as I called theme and they told me it’s fine to Chek in early once we arrive the female staff at the reception wast honest and didn’t give clear information plus she made us waiting till 1 pm and we arrived at 9:45 to the hotel after a longer flight trip of 6 hours it was really fostering but the gentleman Afiq saved us and finished and got us the room in time he is the right person to ask and talk too has the great hospitality manner 🥰

I recommend this Hotel for whomever visiting Kuala Lumpur in first place. Everything was pretty new. Gyms, Pool, Rooms, Restaurant, Spa, Sauna etc. Services we excellent which includes Room service, lobby, Restaurant, Laundry. One thing to note more importantly Spa was really exceptional. Ambience, people, rooms and services were in another world like service. Really loved and very eager to come back especially for it. People were kind and responded softly for all queries which is needed for customers. Pool was very well constructed with lot of play stuff for kids and adults. Well maintained water which is crystal clear. It’s a pool for swimmers, non swimmers, kids and even small babies too. I personally loved and enjoyed there. Gyms (at level 2 only) were perfect with new equipment’s and latest. All were in perfect condition and 24 hr availability. There is a separate room for Yoga too with Mats which is available 24hrs. There was kids play area on the level 1 too There was Sauna on Basement. It’s inside the Bathroom which is separate for Boys and Girls. The bathroom had separate areas to shower, to sit, Handwash and even with free locker storage. There were 2 Sauna rooms, one is Heater heated room with all of inside wooden and another is Steam heated room. These 2 were extraordinary and other amenities too. Restaurants were very big with a lot of variety available like Indian, Chinese, Malay and other Western varieties which was nice to taste. I was a Mainland Indian vegetarian and I had a lot of vegetarian option to taste. The cooks were so nice and if you need something freshly made they will make for you. Laundry was pretty fast and neatly washed, ironed and packed neatly. Lastly Rooms were extraordinary, spacious and neatly maintained. A lot of amenities given and it was really sad when we were checking out. There are separate meeting rooms and party halls too and golf clubs nearby which I couldnt experience personally.

Location is a bit far from city but a very calm place. Pretty less Alacart Indian vegetation options for Lunch and Dinner When rains some places are watery which I need hotel management to clean using advanced equipments

Sehr modern gestaltetes Hotel mit super schönen Zimmern, liebevoll gestaltetem Kisdclub und tollem Pool inkl. Wasserrutschen. Das Frühstück wird in einem schön gestalteten Restaurant serviert.

Unser Zimmer lag am Ende des Flurs leider direkt an der Klimaanlage und war entsprechend etwas lauter. Sehr enttäuschend war, dass die Metrostation zwar nur wenige Meter entfernt, fußläufig aber nicht erreichbar ist.

We were welcomed with gnarly urine smell from the bathroom. No water bidet at the toilet.. I can’t even wash/clean the toilet floor due to the piercing urine smell that’s not properly cleaned 👎 The room corridor is too dark & narrow.. so suffocating. And the room is quite small. No space to pray. You are first ever hotel with too many warning/penalty signs in the room. Unfriendly & annoying! All you need to do is just stick “no-durian & mangosteen signs” in the lift.. (Refer to photos) I don’t like the hotel ambience & the unfriendly staff. “Mind your own business” vibe .. Doesn’t greet people when they passed by you. The hotel is not cheap you know. The only friendly is the outsourced-security guard at the parking entrance.

Nothing as all is well

This really is an amazing hotel. The place is modern , clean and fresh and the facilities are excellent. The pool was a big favourite for my son with the slides, he didn't want to leave. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, smiling all the time. It was a great stay and we will be returning when we can.

Only small thing to mention was the location was a little out of the way from everything else in KL.

Excellent buffet breakfast! It is very tasty with a huge selection of food (whether it be Chinese, Malay, Western or Indian). The rooms we booked were clean, comfortable, modern and everything in the room worked as intended. The facilities are also very cool. There is a big pool with a water slide and a lifeguard on duty, and a sleek modern gym with a staff attendant. The hotel has the most impressive lobby i have ever seen in my life. I wish I stayed here for longer.

Location is not the most convenient

I liked the spaceous coffeeshop. The breakfast buffet was great. Every big eater will cry in joy!

There is no proper bar, pub, lounge facility at the hotel. To get a drink after dinner is not really exciting. The place there somewhere near the poolside and outside the lobby & reception is not ecactly the place to have a drink before you go to sleep But msybe in the time to come there will be a reason to establish a piano bar or a real lounge....😀😀😀

The hotel itself was beautiful! It's location was very close to the venue of our conference/training. The room was very clean and comfortable, I have no complaints whatsoever. The guy at the reception, Aquil, was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely book there again when given the opportunity.

I ordered dinner (for room service), but after almost an hour there was no delivery yet. I called up and was informed they were still attending to prior orders, so they haven't started on mine yet. I ended up canceling my order and went to bed hungry (I was already very sleepy). I just thought of it as a form of fasting, so I won't feel so bad about it.
