The hosts are incredible. So warm, friendly and welcoming.
We stayed in Anmer room with the bath.
The room and the b&b itself is immaculate, really chic but also homely. Not a spec of dust or dirt anywhere. Quality toiletries in the room and even the room kettle is a quality dualit one. Bedding and towels are perfection. Thoughtful touches like a fridge with fresh milk in the room.
Breakfast was delicious. Fresh pastries and bread/ toast, fresh fruit, a beautiful selection of cereals. My husband commented how much he enjoyed the quality of the orange juice and the coffee and he enjoyed the meat and cheese at breakfast.
Opposite is a little premier shop - great as we’d forgotten our toothpaste!
We enjoyed our stay that much, and was made to feel that welcome, that we have set up to be regular fortnightly guests!
There is nothing, genuinely at all that could be improved.

From the time we arrived to when we left we felt so welcomed ,the whole stay was wonderful and perfect

Staff were really lovely, rooms were clean and modern. We didn’t have breakfast as we’re not huge morning eaters but they even offered items for us to take away on our travels.

Room exceptionally comfortable, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Great attention to detail - good selection of hot drinks, mini fridge with fresh milk for tea etc. Great selection of food for breakfast, good quality and very fresh. Lovely hosts, very welcoming and happy to help. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

What an I say...the hosts were exceptional. They catered for my needs..even dietary needs. They were extremely welcoming. And went above and beyond. They were very attentive, and as I was staying there for my sisters funeral..they made sure that my stay was a relaxed as can be. I 100% recommend . The place is very lovely and beautifully decorated..infact..I've taken a few ideas with me. THANKYOU VERY MUCH FOR MY STAY. your such lovely people /hosts 💕

We had a great time at The Old Bell, Jacqui and Greg were amazing hosts, helping accommodate our late arrival and the location was perfect for the wedding we were attending just up the road. Breakfast was delicious too and the rooms were lovely and clean, the recent refurb was done to high quality and it showed! Thank you for a lovely weekend, we'd love to come back and explore more of the area in future.

The pictures are true to what you get. Lovely spacious room with a homey feel. Clean and up to date facilities. The hosts were lovely friendly and personable people. The breakfast was continental and high standard. Would definitely recommend.

Greg and Jackie were amazing hosts, so friendly and helpful. We came all the way from Wrexham to visit family and we stayed here for 4 nights. We really enjoyed the Continental Breakfast which was plentiful and had lots of variety. We stayed in the deluxe king room called Houghton which was beautifully decorated. Very clean, bed was so comfy, had the most amazing sleep while staying at the old bell. There is a Premier convenience store/post office just across the road that we found very handy. There is a short walk to the Three Horseshoes pub. Thank you so much Greg and Jackie 😄

The room was very stylish and exceptionally clean. We had a separate area for making drinks which was nice. The bathroom was very spacious and clean with a big bath and efficient shower. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of meats, cheese, pastries and cereals. Our hosts were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.
The B&B is situated in a beautiful village that is ideal for local attractions and towns.
I was disappointed that the bed was only a normal double as most places have a 5ft nowadays but to be fair it was very comfortable, just snug!
The road outside was a little noisy at peak times but that's not the host's fault but may be annoying for some.

We loved our stay at the Old Bell Inn, the hosts are knowledgeable, charming and professional.
They have done an amazing job of revamping and renewing the property with a good eye for detail and using good quality products.
Our room was generously sized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly liked the mattress (meant to ask the make, but forgot) and the modern shutters across the windows.
Lovely modern bathroom.
Breakfast is a lovely relaxed start to the day, following a familiar pattern again everything is beautifully arranged and top quality.
Greg and Jackie have thought of everything to make your stay a good one.
You'd have to be super picky to find anything negative about the Old Bell, luckily I am super picky so....the car park is very small (but it is free off street parking so I shouldn't moan) the bathroom light is on a sensor, so if you don't shut the bathroom door you can inadvertently switch the bathroom light on from the bedroom.

Wonderful welcome even though I arrived early, my room was bright, spacious and clean, and the freshly cooked breakfast pastries were superb.

The owners were very welcoming and friendly, our room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The entire place was extremely clean, 100% recommend and we will definitely be returning. The location is perfect, cannot recommend highly enough. Our room was huge, we was upgraded upon arrival and as we had to leave early our hosts gave us a take away breakfast, wonderful hosts and beautiful B&B.

The Old Bell has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. Our room was stylishly decorated and had everything you could want - a high quality en suite with lovely toiletries, a flat screen tv, really comfortable bed and fantastic hospitality tray. The continental breakfast was delicious. Very welcoming hosts with excellent knowledge and a great location to visit Sandringham and the North Norfolk coastline. Some excellent restaurants a short drive away
