Colazione ricchissima e buonissima, cibo ottimo davvero, dalla cena a quello che viene servito su richiesta in camera. Staff gentile. Struttura interna dell'albergo molto bella. Vista notevole anche se nei giorni di brutto tempo un po' triste. Camera molto bella, bagno bellissimo. Olio ottimo in regalo al check-out

- l'albergo è presentato come un hotel fra gli alberi, cosa che non è proprio vera. Ce ne sono 4 striminziti solo davanti ad alcune camere (per fortuna tre erano davanti alla mia, perchè l'avevo richiesto espressamente prima del mio arrivo). - la cosa più grave è che viaggiavo da sola e mi hanno fatto trovare il letto fatto solo a metà! cioè il piumino singolo e il cuscino! l'altra parte era vuota! Ma non esiste una cosa del genere, tanto meno in un 5 stelle! Per di più il materasso, scomodissimo davvero, era diviso a metà, quindi non potevo nemmeno dormire in mezzo! Quando ho chiesto di risolvere sembravano addirittura stupiti. Non esiste una cosa del genere. - anche nel bagno c'erano solo 3 asciugamani, uno per tipo. Dato che ero sola, gli altri gli hanno tolti. Guardate che chi usa una doppia a 500 euro al giorno (ma una doppia in generale) vuole il massimo del comfort comunque, anche perchè paga in proporzione di più che viaggiando in due! - la seconda cosa inaccettabile è che la parte più bella della spa, con saune e piscina con getti, è naturista, e questa cosa non viene assolutamente segnalata su booking. Non mi sono nemmeno sognata di usarla. - cuscini e materassi di una scomodità assurda - lampadina del terrazzo rotta - mancava il tappetino nel bagno, che è stato messo solo dopo - doccia dall'alto sporca di calcare e gocciolante - I kit da bagno non sono assolutamente da 5 stelle - gli spazi esterni sono piccoli

Everything : the building,the location, the staff,the facilities,the food the fact it was snowing on our arrival made Everything so magical.To be able to swim outside in a heated pool whilst it snowed was such a joy. It was my birthday whilst staying at My Arbor and the staff made it a very special occasion.

That I only stayed for 2 nights which was not long enough.

Alles war rundum perfekt - das Hotel ist einzigartig, das Personal unfassbar zuvorkommend und der gesamte Vibe stimmt einfach.

Nice view of the mountains from the hotel. Close to a nice town - Brixen / Bressanone, and the hotel gives you a card that allows you to access the museums in the town.

There weren’t any English channels on the tv and when we asked, everyone said they were sure there were some but no one was able to tell us. So that was quite disappointing, especially as we had to spend a lot of time in the hotel room. For a 5* star hotel, I would expect a Smart TV or at the very least, someone should be able to direct us to relevant channels. We also got food poisoning which was unfortunate (and the reason why we needed to spend so much time in hotel room as I mentioned before) but the staff did handle it well and try to help once they realised we had been really ill. We had also just come from a different 5* hotel in Pinzolo, and unfortunately My Arbor didn’t come close to that standard.

SPA in generale

Ristorante e competenza dello staff Struttura fantastica, ma il personale non è preparatissimo. Troppa incertezza. Troppi non so, devo chiedere e poi si dimenticano di far sapere. Il ristorante per cena offre un menù limitato che cambia poco da un giorno all'altro. Il buffet della colazione è ottimo mentre quello della cena è scarsino. Per essere un 5 stelle ha bisogno di migliorare a livello organizzativo. Sembra manchi un direttore della struttura.

Facilities were great, staff was very polite, the hotel view and the room view was unreal. Wonderful hotel!

Great service and plenty of professional staff. Great facilities with amazing views. It’s definitely one of those places where you can just lose yourself in the wellness retreat with all the classes, sauna, steam rooms, swim and repeat!

With most dolomite stays, no air conditioning but they did provide a fan when requested. It’s not a big dislike! Still an amazing stay.
