Location was great and the staff and room was excellent

Breakfast was very convenient as we were able to get on our way much earlier .

They had a 40th birthday party that we didn't know about so the noise level was quite high until restrictions cut in

no shower rose in bathroom, no meal available for evening meal and not clean - very disappointing

We both woke up with sore backs and got a lecture from the old woman that lives there.

We loved the character of the hotel. Old school Aussie vibes. Upon arrival we were greeted with a genuine, warm welcome by the wee Scotsman who was running the hotel. He showed us to our rooms and a quick run down. Our room was adequate and clean. The verandah upstairs a winner for us. We enjoyed taking our self service complimentary breakfast on the old verandah soaking up the morning sun.

Long walk to the loo at 2am.

great location. A lovely old hotel.

owner/manager had no idea how to find internet details for access to wifi. A sash window with no lock and direct access from a balcony. Massive fail for security. Handbasin was dirty.
