I like the location, the pool and the fact that it is on the island.

I have been staying in this condo for 5 years and this is the first time I have been disappointed on arrival. The condo was not clean, there were dirty towels in a laundry basket and a dirty towel in the shower. The bed sheets were not clean. They were never changed from the previous renters. The floors were not swept and were dirty as was the counters in the kitchen. The counters had sand and dirt all over them. The refrigerator was dirty as was the stove and sink. The Hurricane forced us to have to MANDATORY evacuate and the only thing you want to know is a review. I have tried to call, email for a partial refund or a credit of some kind but Booking.com and Vacasa (who manages the property stated we are not entitled to any refund or credit but we could come and stay in the next 30 days. We only get a certain amount of vacation time a year and that is impossible. We had to evacuate to Kissimmee because we could not find a hotel room any closer. Vacasa should have relocated us to another property at the very least but instead they are keeping our money. I understand this was no fault of theirs BUT it also was not any fault of ours. I feel like they (vacasa, booking.com and the owner stole our money and did not provide the full service we paid for and the will not honor anything). It will be the last time we use any of their services and will keep posting in social media and anywhere else to let people know you are thieves. You charge a cleaning fee and I had to clean the entire condo in order for us to stay there. You are therefore also stealing from the owner as well. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

The location was perfect! Loved the area! Extremely convenient to shoppes and restaurants. Staying ocean front was amazing!

I liked being right next to the beach so I could walk out and spend the day on the beach or walk out and catch the sun sets that was nice. You're not far from any restaurants and if you want you can catch the trolley right next to the Nautilus hotel and that's free. The area is quiet or it was for us. There was plenty of hot water. The master bed seem to be very comfortable. AC works very well ice cold just like my wife likes it

The condo does not look as nice as the pictures. The condo needed a lot better cleaning than it was when we arrived. The condo needs a lot of updates. The twin beds need to be replaced they were very squeaky and springy. When we called about the cleaning of the condo, the lady on the phone just said "I guess it's not up to your standards" we found that very rude. That was the property manager of the Nautilus condos. I felt safe for laying my towel on the reclining chairs they both looked and felt terrible. They seem to be stained up a little bit in the material was rough like somebody had tried scrubbing the fabric. The towels that they give you for four people which is about 1 L per person is supposed to last you for the 7 days that you stay, if you need clean ones you have to wash them yourself at the laundromat on the premises. I only have four tiles I would look elsewhere next time if I wanted to stay on Anna Maria Island. The realty company managing the condo did call back later and offer us $80 back on the cleaning fee, andwe do appreciate that.
