Nice and quiet location right outside Fes. The owners and staff are very welcoming. They have a great restaurant, the food is excellent. There is a nice pool. Breakfast is very good too. Our daughter forgot her plush animal and the staff went out of their way to return it to us, which was very much appreciated. We will definitely recommend this place!!

The location is perfect for a family holiday, onsite farm with lovely animals, big children's play area. A lovely pool. I wished we had stayed longer. Excellent communication with Simo on whatsapp. They even prepared breakfast for us as we had an early start to the airport. Highly rate this property.

The people at this accommodation were exceedingly friendly, helpful and attentive. We had to have an early check out and they offered to deliver some breakfast foods to the room for us. We were also able to get dinner through them, which was very nice. The property was a real feast for the eyes and well managed and kept up. You could really see the care and pride the family has in their residence.

Perhaps I missed it, but it was a bit further from the airport than expected. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this place and we made it to the airport easily in time.

The staff were very friendly, the food (breakfast and supper) were delicious (and plentiful!), it was a great base from which to visit Fes and Volubilis (although we had a car)

I really liked the location. It was far from the busy city, surrounded with olive trees, had pool that we unfortunately did not use, because the weather was too cold. The owner Simo speaks great English and he was always there for us, driving us to the medina and back whenever we wanted, arranged us free taxi to the airport, free tea, good breakfast, clean rooms.

It is an amazing property with such a potential. But with just a little touch it could be really great. The outside garden needs some chill out cozy places. Broken windows need to be changed, everything is just too much :) for example to many colors in the room. I suggest white walls with natural colors like beige, light brown, minimalistic furniture and nice authentic decor.

The best thing about this property is the owners. Owned by a lovely couple and their children. Always very happy to help, give advice and solve any problem. They even drove us into town a few times ! The next best thing is the setting. So the place is a big olive farm with a few villas in it and a mini resort. It has a children's playground with swings, roundabout, basketball. It has a football pitch. It has 3 swimming pools, one is women only and one is for kids. it even has animals like geese and peacocks.

The only downside was, and we didn't realise this. It's a bit far from fes city. It's on the outskirts of town 20 minute drive away. The small taxis don't come out this far so you have to get a large taxi which costs around 100 dirham. That said the owners were lovely and drove us into town everytime we hinted we wanted to go in. I wouldn't let it stop you but just be aware

The breakfast was excellent but I would of liked to have fruit, yogurt and juice.

To be more specific on when the pools would be filled

Breakfast: exceptional, more than enough, local products. Room: clean, big, beautiful view. Dinner: we got what we ordered with some extras, the menu is small but very tasty, we could eat in the restaurant or on the terrace. Very calm, we could see the sunset from the roof, the host Medhi was always approachable and very helpful.

A little bit remote from the old city, but you can very easily get there with taxi. Any how, if you like the tranquility, then you've reached the right address!

All was perfect and our host with his family was very nice, friendly and hospitable.

Location is the best one. 3 swimming areas. House keepers are lovely people, helpful and tactful. There is poultry house, our son had a possibility to feeding poultry, and was happy. Some tortoises are in the grass. And breakfast is more than enough!
