L'hotel était magnifique ainsi que la chambre. L'emplacement à Sea Point est aussi très bien et très pratique. On se sent en sécurité

La climatisation allait trop fort dans ma chambre. J'ai tenté de la régler, y compris avec l'aide d'un membre du personnel mais j'avais vraiment froid. Je devais mettre des serviettes au coin de la porte de ma salle de bain pour avoir moins froid. Mais c'est le seul point négatif et ça n'a pas entaché mon séjour

1- كانت اقامتنا طويله عشرة أيام في نفس الفندق لم يقدم الفندق اي خدمه خاصه كترقية مكان الغرفه او أي هديه كوجبه مجانيه مثلا او مساج 2- رغم اقامتنا الطويله ولكن ونظرا لأن وقت رحلة المغادره مسائيه طلبت تمديد لوقت الخروج للياعه الواحده الا ان الفندق رفض مالم اقوم بالدفع مقابل ذلك

Localização muito boa, ponto estratégico para pode conhecer Cape Town por ambos os lados. Próximo a praias, restaurantes e de fácil acesso de carro para pontos turísticos. Café da manha excelente e a piscina apesar de fria era bem agradável.

Atendentes foram atenciosos, serviço de concierge falhou numa informação que me fez ir a um local e chegando lá estava fechado (duas horas de viagem jogadas fora). Reservamos dois quartos numa mesma categoria, porem chegando lá um dos quartos era inferior ao outro, não sendo fiel ao da foto, mas atendia a nossas necessidades e tivemos preguiça de reclamar. Mesmo assim eu voltaria e indico.

Room was amazing, Breakfast was a treat. I love the staff and will be going back again and again for the friendly and kind staff. I love the experience...i wish they had a better reward programme.. that reqrads you more for when you go there... it is still cheaper to book on Booking.com ... the reward programme should reward you more then booking.com... then i would use it to book and go there more... but it is still cheaoer to book on booking.com .. .. but having said that ... i will still come back ...

Our TV was not giving full visuals and even though it was reported twice, they still could not get it right. The toilet was not as clean as we would like it to be.

Breakfast - outstanding range of options with extremely courteous staff. Room was spacious and clean with superb inland view. I must admit that sea views are overrated. Location - For the activities we chose, the location was perfect and safe.

loved the location as I love staying in Sea Point. Breakfast an improvement on my last stay as there was more choice as I am vegan. the staff are always very willing to help and so polite. Always service with a smile

Room furniture is dated. Shower head is poor and water provided for washing/showering was not always hot with the speed of water very slow. The sofas were well worn I couldn't sit on them, without covering with a sheet. Housekeeping was not always on point I had to ring several times to ask for reminders of stock

Hôtel bruyant, la lenteur du service, il faut compter 1 heure avant d être servi en restauration ou en chambre. Nous avons payé 1100 euros pour 3 nuits dans ce 4 étoiles Avec la porte de la cabine de douche cassée, la climatisation faisait un gros bruit, on entendait le bruit de l extérieur de la chambre ( les portes qui claquent) Pas de flexible de douche. Les réceptionnistes pas souriantes et hautaines Nous avons demandé à changer de chambres, la même catégorie nous a été attribuée sur le même pallier, donc avec les mêmes problèmes, Je ne conseil vraiment pas cet hôtel

TV access and channels

Like the view of the upgraded room, had both the mountain and the seaview. The staff was friendly, specifically the gentleman who confirmed our booking. Loved the breakfast and the staff always availble to assist. Lovely location and a walking distance to the beach.

Check-In was a distater, took over an hour and had to go through four consultants to get assistance. The room I had initially booked and paid for was a "Mountain View". When I checked in, I was given a room with a view of block of brown flats with no view of the mountain as mentioned on my booking. I didn't like the fact that I was charged R120.00 for parking, it was absurd in my opinion. My husband and I are frequent travelers around SA especially and not even once had the hotels charged us for parking. The hotel has great potential but it is the little things that take out the beauty out of the establishment. Also, please deep clean the chairs, they had marks. I did not get the presidential feel but will to visit again with the hopes of getting better customer experince.

Сначала заселили в каморку, мы были в шоке когда вошли в номер, потом нам его поменяли. Спасибо Детская площадка не работала, только в последний день нашего пребывания. В номере очень плохо прибирали, будто только застилали пастель и все. На завтрак очередь. 240 долларов за ночь конечно дороговато. В целом все равно впечатление приятное, потому что Кейптаун это что то невероятное!!!!

Fantastic Hotel. Definitely one of the best options for staying in Cape Town. The location is way superior than the waterfront. Staff are exceptionally friendly and hardworking. The focus on top level service is clearly obvious

Had problems getting hot water in the shower and sometimes there was no car parking spaces.
