We were offered a complimentary meal on arrival. The food was excellent. Breakfast had everything you could possibly want. A really good Istaeli breakfast.just one thing

Just one thing, chairs on the bedroom balcony were dirty.

The restaurant was not very sanitary. Dishes had old food on them that had not been cleaned off. Stations were messy.

Great location. Delicious food. Steps away from boating. Indoor and outdoor pools. Very friendly staff.

Everything was excellent, from Reception to restaurant, meals and service. We've enjoyed the sauna and the pool. Fares was preparing the table for our group every dinner, best place to stay. Water, pralines and fruits in the room...a nice welcome!

The underground parking was a bit too small, hard to get a place.

Got some treats in the room & free dinner, but it was quite obvious everyone got it, and that the reason is low demand. reception were kind with service, and the thermo-pool was also nice. the balcony in the lobby is right in front of the lake and it was also very nice.

The hotel is quite old fashioned which is not too surprising giving its age, but the real problem is that it has serious noise issues - the hotel is right above the street market and throughout all day & night shoutings and loud music were very disturbing. Everything in the corridor is heard in the room. Also in the spa - during our massages, loud shoutings & noises from workers in the back / upper floor disturbed the whole relaxation experience. In terms of expectations vs reality - ordered a room with a view to the lake but apparently only about 5 rooms in the hotel has a real complete view, all others are narrow sided view. the "balcony" is in the size of one standing person and honestly looks quite scary to even stand on. Also, there isn't really a one big bed in any room in the hotel (although mentioned clearly as an option in booking) - but two single beds sticked together. This was not mentioned in any place including the check-in, and an email about it was sent just as we entered the room..

Service was outstanding, especially the nice lady at the reception - helping with directions and local advice. Upgrade to half board from breakfast was a nice touch, especially as food is superb. That includes both breakfast and buffet dinner. The hotel itself is very clean, even if somewhat tired. Do not treat "sea/lake view" too literally - all the rooms have it, given the configuration, even the ones furthest from the lake.

This is a nice hotel and the staff on the front desk were exceptional. The hotel left gifts in the room and offered free evening meals. Overall this is a nice place to visit, and I would recommend it to a friend.

The room was quite small by comparison to another hotel in stayed in Israel for less money. This should have reflected the price. The kitchen staff in the food halls needed much improvement on their appearances (Covered in muck). Kitchen cooks really should remain in the kitchen and waiting staff should bring the food out. The food was fairly standard, with a few nicer meals, and a few underwhelming meals.

quietness n the room and comfort of the bed. We liked the complementary evening meal provided free of charge. The view from the room was lovely.

spa reception staff were too interested in texting on phones and we were disregarded, so we didn’t bother enquiring about therapies but did still enjoy the pool and sauna.

The staff was excellent. They always wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The room itself was good. Food was excellent.

Parking was a hassle. Pool is small and always packed. Indoor pool was outdated and needs remodelling.
