Quiet

It’s quite not easy to get the food to eat for lunch and supper. The beach was quiet but its not that clean. The room was clean. TV didn’t work that well. The safe box didn’t work as well. The day that we left we had to leave the hotel about 8 am but the breakfast just ready at 8 am too so we missed the food last breakfast.

We upgraded to the family villa which was on the beach as we had some problems with other properties on our month of travels and it was just what we need to close our trip, Aqua beads is on the quiet side of the island water wise but just down the other side of town you have waves and water sports, its location is also just a short scooter ride away from town

The breakfast the first few days was very minimal as we were the only people in the hotel but satisfactory for an included breakfast and the was no menu available so you have to eat out or buy take away if you did not fancy going out but next door was a shop to buy drinks but quite expensive but there is a fridge and you just need to stock up from town, location perfect and staff were nice and friendly i would recommend this hotel

Had to get room upgrade, but new room was directly in front of beach. Some of the rooms are super spacious. The hotel was completely empty except us. Pool is also fantastic, excellent layout for a great ocean view.

But... so many issues. Lack of guests meant lack of staff, only 1 could speak English. Many times the phone was just left ringing with no one around. Many message answers barely answered the question, lack of hospitality. Limited upkeep, place needs and deserves more. Rooms have lack of plugs, wifi is weak, can't open windows for a nice breeze, lack of amenities. Deluxe rooms are garbage, that building needs to get redone, did not justify the price. Room upgrades are hefty, but well worth the upgrade. I feel pix on booking.com aren't exactly honest. And this is one of the resorts that's furthest from all activities. Rent a bike, and prepare to be secluded, which can be good. The hotel should offer free shuttle to the main areas if they want guests. Something about the pricing is a tad off... the hotel could use a good refresh and bolstering of responsible staff

Private beach

Beach is super close, and the hotel provides free paddle boards and kayaks.

The breakfast was nice, but could have been a bit more International.

Swimming pools is good Quiet and private zone.

There’s the free shuttle boat+bus from Ban Pea to hotel,they not said once I call to check how To go there. But they just told me when we arrived hotel. No welcome drink for my group But I saw another group have.
