Was tidy, excellent view and the cleaning was exceptional

Fantastic location 1 minute’s walk from beach. 2 large bedrooms both with king size beds and large bathroom with separate WC and wash hand basin, great for 2 couples holidaying together. Lovely sunny garden. Lobster Pot cafe just around corner for breakfast with sea views. Food in local pubs excellent especially The George in Felpham and The Elmer in Elmer. Dog friendly with great walks along beach which is also dog friendly once you get past sailing club.
Lounge seating a bit limited for 4 adults but didn’t effect us as just used dining room and garden.

The property was clean and beds very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the shower was very efficient. The oven was excellent
There could have been a better equipped kitchen. The lack of parking was a problem at times. The cleaners missed the beeping which meant the smoke alarm battery needed replacing. All of the door handles were loose and some were difficult to open. There appears to be a problem with the gutters because there are damp marks on the ceiling in the back bedroom and lounge.

Great house vey comfortable and ideally situated for walks along the beach and the pubs and chippy in Felpham.
The house was very clean and the beds were great. It was warm and the shower was very nice.
The only thing I have marked the property down on was, while the house was clean, the cups and glasses weren't and we had to wash them before using them. At first we thought this was because there weren't dishwasher tablets provided but it was good to see they were. I am not sure if the previous people didn't find them and just ran the cycle without? It might be worth the cleaner checking this and put them in again. or maybe the tablets should be more visisble??? Also a baking tray would have been helpful for cooking.

A beautiful clean and comfortable home just a stones throw from the beach.
No hairdryer provided (said there would be one so I didn’t bring mine)
Logs for the log burner would have been a lovely touch
