Spacious and convenient parking.

On first appearances the place looked great. Then we realised there was no cutlery at all. After that we realised there was only half a toilet roll. We recommend googling how to work the stove as no instructionsare provided. Don't open the windows if you have small children as they are very easy to fall out of. Also the toilet door "handle" is possibly the most stupid design I've ever seen, not sure if they were trying to be styish or it was just an after thought. Again keep young children's fingers away from it as the door is heavy and closes quickly. The overall look of the place is like a low ability Interior Design B-tech student's attempt to be stylish. Bizarrely there is a three-poster Prada tribute shrine above the bed. What for? Who knows. However, the most annoying thing is Pass the Property's (the managaement company) messages threatening to fine you 100 pounds for not taking out the bins. I looked for about ten minutes to actually find the bins and ended up putting the rubbish in the neighbour's bins. As for a recycling bin? Nope. Not sure what a 100 pound fine would cover; perhaps a limousine to the nearest dump. They make various other threats to behave properly or be fined. Clearly these threats are copied and pasted by their office lackeys and are doubtlessly identitical for all the properties they pretend to "manage". Finally, we were sent a message by them that we were making too much noise around 9:30pm after a complaint by the downstairs neighbours. The fact that we were all in bed added to the surreal experience of staying there. It appears the downstairs neighbours like to complain a lot or previous occupants have been more rowdy. Although the echo-y floorboarding is the most likely reason. Also, the boarded up building next door appears to be some kind of hang out for gaunt looking locals to loiter around.

It was quite dirty, not supplied with much loo roll and on arrival the windows were open so the room was cold

Great location with parking, good instructions and easy to find.

The sofa bed was not the comfiest and we could have done with clear instructions as to the appliances, and the bathroom lock didn't work.

Apartment is gorgeous, decor is wonderful, having a contactless check in was seamless. Kitchen was a gem... It has an induction stove, lots of utensils, pots and pans if you need to make meals at home... Place was so lovely and comfortable, there were days I didn't want to leave 😂. Washing machine came in extra handy.. Bedding was warm and cozy. High ceilings.. when it's sunny, it's glorious through the big windows. Smart TV is available so I Netflix was accessible. Wifi was strong..I worked remotely for a few days and didn't have any issues. It's in a quiet neighborhood facing private gardens and trees but don't let that fool you, you can walk to Riding and Trinity shopping centers in 5-10 minutes. Groceries cam be purchased at Morrison's and couple of other stores nearby in Riding center. Beautiful church nearby. Staff is super helpful and responsive.. always answered my questions quickly and helped me out whenever I needed. UberEATS is also available in the area which came in handy. Luxurious stay!
