best choice a meeting of price/quality, it's clean, safe, near to the beach and downtown, rooms are clean, large, beds are confortable , staffs are very polite and always available to answer ypur questions

This hotel offers great value for money. People who complain about the services or looks of the room should put it in perspective; where in the world could you stay directly at the beach in a private and big hotel room with an excellent breakfast for a price offered by this hotel? It is absolutely recommendable. The staff at the reception and the breakfast buffet super friendly!

For this price and the things offered by this hotel it is not reasonable to have any complaints

On my second visit to the hotel. As before the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The location is good a short walk from the town and next to the beach. The breakfast is good with plenty to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel needs a little attention however I did see work being carried out to improve areas. New mattress and pillows delivered to my room without being requested so improvements being carried out

This hotel is great value. The staff was kind and helpful, the room is very simple but spacious and clean with a balcony. The pool was great, just a short walk from the beach and 20 min walk from the Centre and the Medina. Really recommend it!

At night my room would smell really strongly of cigarettes (probably because people are allowed to smoke inside in the bar that is on the ground floor). The wifi wasn't great.

unfortunately there is nothing - just the staff was friendly. The food is ace on the level but acceptable

everything internet - location -the beach is rocky-The hotel is old and the furniture is worn out-The smell of smoke in the reception hall is annoying.

MOST staff made this hotel bearable, in particular Sapbi. No matter what my issues he went out of his way to comp me and make it right,smiling at all times. If it wasn't for him directly I would of given a two and requested a refund. The young lady and gentleman at reception was happy and helpful .Maintainence man was a star and security man was easy on the eye and happy. Maintanance man Rescued me when I was locked out the balcony for two hours.NO PATIO DOOR HANDLE. BE CAREFUL.(320) Bath SPA did not work Very quiet and peaceful,lovely view. Food was great, greated by a smiling proud chef..... compliments to the chef for the beef. Small choice so not to overwhelm and over eat. No drink is tight though, even water??!! I was disappointed with the WiFi,which was ok in early hours ie 4am but this is because of the resident staff,too many people on it.I know this is Tunisia but the WiFi companies are not dumb,there is a limit. Guests must come first, staff must not. The staff would of recieved top points however the spa woman disgusted me by walking out of her area to the bar and blowing her nose while we were eating. I watched in horror as she leisurely walked around kissing the waiters and rubbing her unwashed hands over everything.IN A WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC WITH PEOPLE DYING THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE Pool was amazing with a vigilant lifeguard and quiet sports bar. Very smoky inside so I do not recommend bringing children here. Non residents came in drinking at early hours,it was a nice atmosphere for adult smokers. I as a smoker loved it .Bar snacks were tasty. Alcohol available. Cleaning was on par except for princess spa woman.. Lovely manners and respectful of privacy by the cleaners Beach was literally over a small car park, cleanish and hut so you could buy refreshments. Wild dogs and cats that protected the back entrance from anyone on a bike or in a car...lol...very amusing. Water was wild on the beach but in the morning beautiful.

The amount of small problems was overwhelmingly depressing Bad wifi-seemed better in the dark hours 3am-5am Ants if you so much as left a crumb Unhygienic spa worker who seemed too at home. In the way, distracting others and looking at people like dirt!! She made me very angry. When a guest walks in staff must give way. I don't want to queue behind gossiping staff poking their breasts in my teenage sons face.
