This stay was our comeback. Several years ago, we stayed in this hotel, and we were so satisfied. The lady who runs the hotel is so kind. She takes care about every detail. Provide me with the parking address via e-mail, to arrive easier. Provide us with a kettle that we can enjoy our Turkish coffee in the morning in the room. In the morning you can feel the smell of fresh pastries they are making inhouse. There is no so many choices but everything is so delicious, and you are feeling so homy.

The room is clean and well-heated. It's located on the main square with many restaurants and shops nearby, the private parking is a great plus if you're travelling by car. The breakfast is good

We stopped for one night in the hotel, as we were travelling. We prefer to spend the night here whenever we are driving to and from our home country. We arrived around 16:00 at the hotel and we parked our car in the hotel private parking. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. She had us choose which room we like best. The room was spacious and clean, comfy beds and clean bathroom. The breakfast was also very good and tasty.

It might get noisy because it's close to the church, but we weren't bothered by the bells.

The personnel was very competent and cordial. High level of comfort, tasty and diverse breakfast, and the location was a sight to behold. Highly recommended!

It is in a perfect location, just in the middle of Palmanova. Everybody was extremely nice at the hotel, and the breakfast was just lovely.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient parking facility. We followed the advice to a nice trattoria just around the corner. Great location directly on the Piazza Grande, some of the rooms overlook the square.

The hotel is located in the Palmanova main square and has a private parking next to the hotel. My family and I booked a 3 bed room for one night during our trip back to Switzerland. As soon as we entered the receptionist was very welcoming and provided us all the information we needed regarding the breakfast. Even though we traveled during the 4th Covid19 Omicron wave, the hotel found a solution to provide high quality services while respecting the hygiene and social distancing measures. We had to fill in a list with a lot of breakfast varieties and they have prepared everything fresh and exactly as we wanted. The home made cakes and juices were very tasty. The room was clean and the beds confortable.

The staff was super nice and caring, I got good advices about what to visit. The hotel room was very good for the price. The breakfast was perfect. The key highlight is probably that the location is the most central you can expect in Palmanova (and they have a parking even though when I was there parking in the city was easy to find).

Maybe the lack of a tiny bit of decoration inside the rooms, mine had a lot of space and some corners felt a bit empty. Very minor though.

The hotel is directly on the main square of Palmanova. There are many cafeterias and restaurants in close vicinity. During Covid restrictions the breakfast was in form of buffet but you needed to preselect which foods you wanted the evening before. Hotel has parking spaces in the next door church backyard.

There is a church next door, so be prepared that church bells will ring quite close.
