The room was clean and tidy. Asides from the noise coming from the wooden floors, the rooms were fairly quiet. It was a very cozy and welcoming ambiance.

Upon checking in I received the wrong room key, like the team didn't know I was meant to arrive on that day. I ended up opening another guest's room and having a really awkward moment with the male staying there.

The location was as expected

The room was so small that it was nearly impossible to open the suitcase without obstructing the bathroom door. You could not turn around in the bathroom. Bed was to short. They charge 3,50€ for a small bottle of water in the room. Manager is not on site. I asked for a call back from the manager to give feedback but she did not call

Great location, clean, friendly and helpful staff.

My room was the size of a closet. I paid over 260 Euros and was in a room that I couldn’t move around in. As a solo traveler I think I’ve only stayed in a smaller room in Tokyo. This should not be called a room but should be used as a facilities closet. The room was not worth the price!

Lovely rooms with a lot of character in a quiet street with lots of good quality bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were very nice and helpful.

I wouldn't recommend paying for breakfast in advance, it is not provided by hotel but by the restaurant downstairs its expensive, with few options and service was slow, much better options provided by local cafe's nearby.

Good location, great desk service but limited hrs. But it worked fine. Free coffee/ tea was a help in the am.

Frig in the room would have been nice. It would help with limited and expensive breakfast option. Local grocery is is a couple blocks away and an easy choice for breakfast options.

Hotel without air conditioning is not hotel. Today hotel must have AC. The safe box very small no laptop can ever get inside.

This place is delightful. The building is tastefully appointed and a joy to be in. Fantastic sized room and decent shower. The big comfortable bed was appreciated. Nice to enjoy a glass of wine in the courtyard after a day exploring the city.
