La ubicación del hotel y la limpieza. Mención especial a la amabilidad del servicio de cafetería durante el servicio de la cena.

The location was nice with easy access to city center. The room was nothing to write home about, but was good. The staff was accommodating. They didn't have hotel parking left but guided us to the nearest parking garage.

AC didn't do a whole lot. The windows do open but depending on your expectations that may or may not be sufficient. There were some randome stains here and there, nothing egregious but unexpected for the hotel rating.

Very noisy until early hours of morning. Couldn't get a meal in hotel restaurant because of a block booking

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The use of a garage was good. M

Did not like the location as we were using the hotel for a stopover to go to the ferry. We did not realise it would be so noisy all through the night, music, talking, shouting etc. it was if the windows were open so no sound proofing. Suppose it did not help the room we were I faced the Main Street of bars . After a six hour drive we needed to rest but was not able to at this hotel sadly.

Very central, parking available to book. Room really good, spacious with a good sized bathroom. Staff very good.

A minor point, but would love a kettle in the room.

Staff and hotel

No private parking even though we reserved it. We were told to go round several roads and park in a super market car park. We then had to pay 25 euros to get the car out the following day. As we are older people we always book on site parking. Although we liked the place and hotel the parking situation really spoilt our stay there.

The room was extremely spacious and they prepared a crib for our baby even though we didn't ask for it.

It is a bit aged and there are a few steps both to enter the hotel as well as to reach the lifts from the reception area that make it inaccessible for the disabled.

staff weren’t the friendliest and getting in and out of the parking under the hotel was a bit tight

Breakfast was. Good but bacon eggs were cold

Sat nav found hotel entrance difficult to find. Parking was difficult
