Nice decorated room fresh renovated in the beginning of the central pedestrian road in Plovdiv.

The free public parking place that is referred doesn't exist. There is an opportunity to park in only two roads near the hotel and only after 17.30. It is very difficult for someone to know these streets and even find them when you are a foreigner in the city. We spend one hour doing circles and leave the car in a private parking at first. There was no toilet paper in the room which is something that can happen but leaving it on the floor outside of the room after we mentioned it was unprofessional as they always have spare keys. The breakfast isn't served inside the hotel but in a cafe nearby which is also not mentioned. The options aren't many. But I must mention that the owner of the cafe was nice and friendly Last but not least there is no elevator. And when you stay at the 4th floor is rather difficult to go up with the luggages.

"Parking" is actually street parking. I wasn't expecting the extra 30 minutes searching for a space, and then figuring out how to text payment for the city of Plovdiv.

It is a very high tech hotel. Very interesting and in Japanese style in terms of minimalism and well used space. Amazing bathroom and bed

It would be great if there was a leaflet that explains how to use the different tech things in the room. Also, everything is flashing during the night and the lights cannot be dimmed of the Aircon tablet etc.

Better isolated and non-transperent doors can be used for the bathrooms

The room was great, a bit small for a couple with child, but for a couple would be great! Also great staff, the communication was great, very responsive

The parking is on the street (for free) but it's hard to find and very crowded. There is a parking lot but a few minutes away
