Vétusté de certains équipements notamment frigidaire, absence de séchoir extérieur pour les serviettes

El hotel es muy familiar, buen trato de los empleados, buena animación, excelente Luciano, la piscina bastante tranquila. Hemos estado muy agusto!

We weren’t given a room that matched the description on booking.com, we were given the chance to cancel our booking on the day we arrived but obviously the logistics of finding another suitable place on the same day put us off so we gave it a chance however we decided to leave after a couple of days. The manager wouldn’t give us a refund for more than 5 days (we’d booked 10) so reluctantly we stayed for 5 days. The apartment we were given was overlooking a dirty pond with rubbish floating on top of it (algae and what looked like drinks bottles etc). The hotel claim we didn’t ask for a double bed but we definitely did this through booking.com but we were given two singles pushed together. The bedding and towels were very old and well used. We didn’t like that the swimming pools were all full of kids the whole time but that’s probably our fault for not booking an adults only place.

- hotelu położony nieco na uboczu miejscowości dzięki czemu było tu spokojnie - można było korzystać z siłowni - w ofercie hotelu również spa i kort tenisowy (chyba trzeba było za korzystanie z tych obiektów płacić) - przy hotelu zaciszne ogrody z placami zabawki dla dzieci - przy hotelu był basen - apartament składał się z pokoju z aneksem kuchennym, sypialni, łazienki i korytarza - apartament czysty, przytulny - mieliśmy pokój na parterze z tarasem i widokiem na ogród - w pokoju z aneksem kuchennym była również kanapa że stolikiem, stół dla 4 osób i szafka z szklankami, miskami itp - aneks zawierał niezbędne do gotowania przybory tj patelnia, 2 garnki, sztućce, talerze, kubki -na wyposażeniu aneksu również czajnik elektryczny, toster, kawiarka, mikrofalówka, płyta indukcyjna, lodówka - zawieszka z informacją że nie chcemy aby nam przeszkadzano (zapewne chodziło o sprzątanie) - zawsze było wolne miejsce parkingowe

- taras mógłby być ogrodzony barierkami (bez nich tez było ok ale z nimi myślę że byłoby lepiej)

selection of pools and apartment near facilities in the hotel, staff were very friendly, apartment was a good size and great pressure in the shower even if the bathroom is very dated

cleaning every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, our apartment was not cleaned properly, bath still dirty, sheets were the same as we had slept in for the previous 2 nights just made the beds. our apartment was infested with ants, we did not cook or have any food in the apartment yet they were everywhere. when we left we found them in our suitcases and on our clothes. We had our suitcases closed at all times. the bathroom and apartment in general is very dated also some of the tiles were broken and missing in the childrens pool, and small bits of tiles could be felt when in there.

Being charged to make use of safe deposit box in room was a little disappointing for 4* facility

Comfortable and nice accommodation close to Cap de Formentor. Food is delicious,services are great. If you have a car you can go to different beaches.

You have to pay beverages while dinner-it is not included .
