The breakfast was good, the location of the hotel was super quiet, safe and it was close to de center a nice walking distance without being so close to night caos and bars or pubs.
The Staff was always adamant to help.
The bathroom had a malfunction it didn't work really well, bathtub was ok. but in some higher areas there was a mould trace, and also the fact that we got de first room we could hear everything from street noises to staff coming in early morning or tourists leaving for tours ar 4 am, maybe those windows should be noise proofed.

The room was spacious, had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the freshly cooked eggs etc.
No heating, but a heater was provided upon request.

The breakfast was very good. They have a variety of products and we all liked them.
The rooms were clean and they had nice illumination.
Accessibility also is a good plus.
We asked for ice in the room but they didn't have it. The room was a little hot, having a fan could be good (however, we just opened the windows and that was enough)

Gabriela was a great host. We just loved her. She helped us for everything! The place was super clean and location was okay. 15 minutes walking distance to the main plaza. 100% recommended

We arrived here on the day that the president announced an emergency lock down because of the corona virus.
The same eveningbthe hotel was shut down. Police came to control the place.
The staff and owner where very helpfull. We could stay here as long as we like and as long as was needed. There was a total travelban for all people. The owner told us, as we were the only guests, as only guests that were allready in the hotel like us were allowed to stay, we could use the Villa as our own house. We could use the kitchen, washingmachine etc.

They took good care of us.
Beside this situation, the hotel has beautiful and comfortable rooms. The double beds are so big, you could fit 3 persons in.
It has a nice small garden where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun (or inside) and there is a large park just in front of the hotel. The area is really safe and they have a secured parking area (no hight limits). They also allow dogs.
There is also a common area with fireplace and good healthy breakfast. Hot water 24/7 and strong Wifi!
