not the most accommodating and super hard without check in and out. it’s not easy.

considered sleeping in his car as the condition on the hotel room was dirty.
The bed sheet being so thin he could see the mattress through it.
The bed cover being just two thin sheets and not clean!
Hair all through the bathroom!
The general cleanliness of the room was not up to a standard to stay in.

Location suited our needs
The room was not serviced, the towels were not replaced (we placed them on the floor as the sign asked then had to reuse them wet that night) and there was no one in reception to help

The location was good we were only 10 minutes away from family and friends. Other than that, I really can't say anything good about this hotel.
Just about everything. Dirty room, linen old with rips, carpet which was also ripped in 3 different spots. Poor lighting. Noisy neighbors and the bathroom was unclean. Terrible smell. For $540 for 2 nights I have stayed at much better.

Friendly staff on arrival, nice clean rooms. Close walking distance to Joondalup entertainment precinct.

Good location. Parking. Comfy bed. Bed linen and towels immaculately clean.
Cleanliness particularly bathroom. Shower door hadnt been cleaned properly. Pedal bin covered in dust. Basin surrounds had soap/toothpaste streaks from previous occupants. Wine glasses very dusty had to wash. No cleaning cloths/detergent provided.

Everything else including staff faulty doors unlockable bedroom door noise couldn't sleep a wink

Location good for what we needed
The shower flooded the whole bathroom floor, couldn’t stop it. Made it extremely dangerous to use bathroom. A lot of loud bangs from doors closing at rear entry and other rooms. Walls paper thin.
