We enjoyed that the property was close to Chandler. Additionally the idea of a washer/dryer and dishwasher was great too. The air conditioning worked well. We had an assigned parking spot for our rental car.

The whole place seemed dirty. The pillows had dirt/dust marks on them. The towels were damp and musty. The dishwasher was empty but had black particles inside and some of the dishes in the cupboard were not clean. The bedding had a lot of little particles on it as well. The shower curtain and liner were too short which meant a lot of water got on the floor. The neighbors are loud at late hours of the night and there’s little to no sound proofing to both noise in the upstairs apartment and the outside.

There were many outdoor activities available, the pool area was nice and the arcade was nice.

The pillows and bedding were dingy and appeared dirty. The furniture was dusty and the floors were so dirty that my socks turned black from walking around. It does not appear that the cleaning service does anything.

The cleanliness of the apartment and the location close to our home being repaired from flood damage. We didn't use facilities due to the weather.
