The location of the hotel is excellent. It is right beside the bus stop if you do not want to go to Malcesine old town. The breakfast was excellent with lots of selection in a lovely airy dining area. We checked out and we’re able to stay at the pool until the afternoon. Highly recommend.

We ordered extra pillows when booking with booking.com but had only 2 extra pillows left for 4 adults. We are from Ireland and all use at least 2 pillows each. Did not sleep very well due to 1 flat pillow.

Really close to Garda Lake (1 min by walk), free and safe parking, nice pool with jacuzzi jets, really tasty breakfast, lovely and helpful receptionists, big balcony with side view at lake (depends on room), bike-room

We got two single beds instead of one large double bed, we had to pay in advance eventhough the said thah no prepayment was needed and we gor no discount. Closed pool and spa.

Very nice hotel in Malcesine with a stunning view on a lake. The hotel is quite new, everything is comfortable and clean in the room. The lake is just a few meters from the hotel but it is also nice to have a swimming pool.

The hotel was gorgeous and so the room and bathroom. Fantastic view, nice swimming pool, very good breakfast. I plan to go back real soon!

To be honest, I have nothing to say here. Everything was great!

Definitely the breakfast was really great. The pool and surroundings were also great and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the pool closed at 7pm (19:00). Especially in the summer months when it doesn’t even get dark until 9pm (21:00), there’s ample time to still leave it open until later so guests can enjoy it. Even better, it could even be nicer if there were a poolside bar with drinks and refreshments which could make for not only a more enjoyable experience but could even be additional income for the hotel. That said, we were especially pleased that we were allowed to enjoy the pool the day we checked out even after checkout.
