The staff were very helpful, always trying their best, friendly and accommodating

We stayed in a different location for a night, when we returned we were giving the smallest cabin for the remainder of our stay. We did not leave because it was dark and we were tired; it was too small for us, to flush the toilet you need to pull a cord, there were several holes between the trees which allowed the insects to go in, the bed was not big enough for two adults. We were very disappointed that we were not offered a better cabin. Management preferred to give the best cabin to new customers that stayed for just one night. The cabin needs repairs asap and too small for 4 people. We were offered a better cabin for the last night

The people were so sweet and welcoming! We will definetly return.

I wish there was better seating inside the room, like a bench with cushins instead of the tree trunks to be able to read or enjoy sitting in the mornings.

The place was beautiful and relaxing. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, and breakfast was good.

Staff was amazing, canopy excursion was exhausting but great and the night tour was really cool. Oh yea, and you get to stay in a fricking treehouse!!

I really enjoyed my stay! The staff were friendly and helpful and the treehouse was beautiful! It was very secluded and surrounded by the sounds of wildlife. I really enjoyed the night hikes. Alex and Javier were excellent guides!

Nothing

Upon arrival they told us the same information and prices twice, who has no brain. We came here to try the zipline as well and they almost refused to do it. Before the activity they told us to empty our pockets and leave everything in a room just underneath the zipline. After the activity we realised that 50 mil was stolen from my wallet. So that's why I had to leave it there... The nightwalk was only 1 hour instead of 1.5 and we didn't get juice at the end as it was told. The breakfast was really simple: eggs and sweet bread with little portion of fruits. Also during check in they asked us when we want to leave on the next day. We paid 300 mil for the accomodation and 150 mil for the zipline and didn't get any customer service.

The reserve was located close to Leticia at KM 11. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The entire property was well organized and very clean and comfortable. Its a unique experience staying in one of the tree houses and is a must do when in Leticia. They have other activities for the day like Jungle walk and Canopy. The Canopy is a unique experience was well. Really liked the stay at the reserve.

The snake park does not exists now. The information in their website and booking.com is out dated. It would be nice if we have the correct information as it would help plan better. Missed the snake experience in amazonas.
