Good place to visit Balagne, Ile Rousse.

Road near the swimming pool, value for money, unipersonal decoration.

The room size and decor very modern and comfortable, the garden was amazing and car parking very big. The hotel is just 10 min from the Ile-Rousse and the road is in a very good condition so going back to hotel event late was easy.

There was no fridge in the room so during the night no cold water. The hotel does not provide you with the shampoo or shower bath only hand soap. The doors of the room were not isolated so when the other guests come or go you hear EVERYTHING, the cleaning ladies were making a lot of noise starting from the 8.30 so if you would like to rest a little bit more it was not possible. Room without balcony does not have any object where you can dry your swimming suits or beach towels. The toilet room does not have a ventilator...

Helpful staff, amazing breakfast, very good location (nearby beach is beautiful), very calm and quiet, nice-sized room, plenty of parking. Amazing!

Fridge in the room would be a nice addition.

The garden

The location, far from beach and places to eat. The rudeness of cleaning lady sustained by the recepcionist, they do not let us to enter for chek în because the floor was wet.... we had to wait and made slalom, also at cleaning lady request. Very, very impolite. The impossibility to eat outside, only hotel products, but they do not offer proper goods

Very nice place with a beautiful pool and garden, close to the city!

*The room is ok. Bit small but it was clean and relatively new. *The house has a garden. Pictures on Booking.com are a bit flattering but you can have a breakfast there in the morning outside and it is like featured. *The house is located right next to a street and there is quite a bit of traffic during daytime but quiet at night.

The location (please see screenshot attached) is NOT as featured on the Booking.com website. I am a Booking.com booker for years (Genius 2 level for years) and it is literally the first time it is so incorrect. We booked the hotel (comparing with other options in the wider region) only based on location (close to the beach) and find ourselves 2.2km away next to a street. Hence we are very disappointed and felt mislead.

The location is nice, with a beautiful garden. The hotel is new and the conditions are very good. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Helpfull and friendly and serviceminded staff. Beautiful garden and a nice pool. Clean rooms and facilities. Access to a guest fridge/freezer.
