only the pool and room provided was good.

Totally unhappy with the bathroom, bed sheets, towels, lift, staircase were in bad condition. I was told that wifi is only available at the reception. But the facilities mentioned stays wifi provided everywhere. I didn’t capture room and bedsheets pics.

Not value for money they charged looks like they need renovation of their property...

Staff was good...very accommodating and polite. Rooms were neat.

Service needs to be improved in terms of speed. There however was an issue with Booking through Booking.com where Booking.com literally offered no help but the resort guys tried to help me and accomodate my request to some extent. So Happy with Le Roi but not happy with Booking.com

1st of all the left my jacket at the reception and I called then for the same also and informed that they have also checked it on their cctv camera and confirmed but not yet given back that was my mistake but being the the hospitality business you should have some manner that at least you call your clients back and inform them but no not a all. 2nd there was to much of Cockroaches in the room when I called them for the same they came out with insects killed and sprayed it all over the room and also Informed me that Cockroaches don't bite i should not be afraid and all .... After the spray thing i have to stay out of the room for 1 hour I went for walk just I was not able to take the smell of it and when I came back my room was changed all of it own without informing me and prior notice and all my belongings were also shifted without my knowledge

Hotel is neat and clean, the view are also good from the rooms.

Not so great experience.. When I entered here there was no one to greet and talk.. Went to reception desk asked for check in... Property is getting older but that's ok if you maintain it well... But that's not the case... Surroundings including parking, front office garden, pool were not clean and not maintained. I understand that pool is closed in covid times but still one can make it look good. They don't bother to inform guest if hot water supply will be blocked intentionally for repair work purpose... Rather they make silly excuses for the same.. Nobody picks the call for service except restaurant... Breakfast buffet is not so great... Limited options..

The rooms were really unclean, the walla were chipped and paint was all coming out. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. staff was not at all coperative. they arw charging rates of a 5 atar and giving us crap. please do not visit this property ever again.

Should have a dance floor facility too.

The location was good...but could have been better had I got the room on the first floor...Their lift wasn't working...So I took the ground floor room

Due to the monsoons ...there was a little smell in the room .. but for sure they need to work a bit more on their housekeeping as that what the guest really looks forward too ..
