The deluxe condo with three bedrooms was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was housekeeping every day, towels changed, bathroom cleaned, bed made, supplies refilled. Beautiful garden and pool. Altogether very relaxing.

Breakfast was very crowded, but understandable due to the peak holiday season.

Location is good. Room size is good

Breakfast was finish at 9.00 and the crew did not fill it up. There was porridge left over and the crew just add more water to increase the volume but I makes very thin porridge. The restaurant crew allowed people to smoke/vaping in the non smoking area. The shower room was not proper. No door on the shower makes the bathroom very wet.

Staff are friendly. ifyou took executive suite its a good room. lots of nature area.

breakfast is average for 4 star hotel, superior rooms are too old, cleanness is average. i will not recommend the superior rooms, need a lot of renovation for the rooms, and the pool area, no pool towel, pool changing rooms need renovations. Breakfast not so much variety and taste was average, nothing special. stay there for 3 days and get bored with the breakfast...

The overall staff except that problem mentioned above, were very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

It was mentioned in their website that the check in at 14.00. So when I asked to have earlier check in and they refused , I can understand it. But as my niece's arrived earlier around 1 , and the just want to start the process of check in, they said my niece's had to wait at 14.00pm to register which is in my opinion a little bit too much. I used to check in earlier even though I have to wait for the room to be clean in the lobby but at least they , we have been checked in. And we booked apartment 2 floors . The ground floor , the floor was not so clean.

I really appreciate the staff attitude even most of the time they remain silence and look confused

This hotel not maintain their facility. To be honest this is the first time ive experience such a creepy room and atmosphere in a hotel. I choose to check out after 15 minutes check in. I asked for refund and not mind for any cancellation fee but the best they can do was offered me to other type of room.

- The room a bit old and need a revamp - The toilet a bit dirty

Very very nice cooperative and friendly staff ,staff treat guest like family member,front desk manager Mr Bryan is so polite and helpful person ,only problem about WiFi signal in room but hopefully they will solve this problem soon ,
